Everyone Communicates, Few Connect

I have been reading John Maxwell’s latest book “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect“.  It is an outstanding leadership book. Dr. Maxwell believes “Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less” and connecting with people is the key ingredient to any leader’s success.

Connecting is the ability to identify with and relate to people in such a way that increases your influence with them.  Four critical techniques I have learned from the book to more effectively connect with people are:

1. Connecting increases your influence in every situation. The successes in life come from connecting with people — No ifs, ands or buts.

2. It’s not about YOU! Connecting is all about others. It doesn’t matter if you are the leader or not, it’s about the other person. Leaders will be unsuccessful if they are insecure or arrogant because they will make it about themselves. Connecting takes getting to someone’s heart and the only way to do this is to get to that person’s soul. Find out their passions, values, failures, successes and most importantly their story. Ask questions!

3. Connecting is more than words. It’s how you say it, more than the words you use. What type of demeanor are you showing up with? Do you bring an energy and openness to that person? Is your posture open or closed? Your physical appearance, not attractiveness, makes a huge difference.

4. Connecting demands ENERGY! Connectors put a great deal of effort and energy into connecting. Connectors are tired every evening. Non-connectors look for others to bring the energy, connectors bring it — everyday!

Leadership is influence. Influence is all about connecting with others. What can you do today to “show up” as a connector, an influencer, a Leader?

What Are You Fighting For?

The movie Cinderella Man is about a legendary boxer named Jim Braddock.  One of the biggest scenes in the movie is when Jim is asked, “What are you fighting for?” He replies, “I fight for milk.”  Why?   Jim was trying to provide for his family during the Great Depression, and he used the money that he earned fighting to buy milk for his children.  Jim wasn’t focus on being a hero to the crowd or the fame that he could possibly earn.  His only focus was to secure a fight that would enable him to provide for his family. That was his Why!

Now, let me ask you…What are you fighting for? Is it your family, your business or simply to personally development yourself to prosper in every area of your life?  No matter what your Why in life is, you must FIGHT against the negativity that tries to prevent you from succeeding.  You must also equip yourself to overpower the enemy.  How?  Simply, immerse yourself with positive, personal development that will radically change your life forever!

Here are few techniques that will prepare you for the fight of your life…

• Read inspirational books. Throw away the gossip magazines that have absolutely no positive effect on your life. Listen to motivational success CDs that ignite the fire in your heart to achieve your dreams. Turn off the television! No longer allow that garbage to infiltrate your mind and spirit. Instead watch DVDs about people and things that encourage you to be relentless in the pursuit of your Why in life.

• Invest in yourself. No, don’t go out and spend thousands of dollars on a brand new sports car or other unnecessary items. That’s a waste not an investment. You must invest not only your finances, but your time and energy in yourself in order to achieve your dreams. Take a good look at where you are wasting your resources. Now, I know some of you reading this are saying, “I am scheduled every minute of my day. I don’t waste time!” Here’s a revelation for you…being busy doesn’t mean that you are productive. If you are going to be prepared to give the enemy the fight of his life to protect your dreams, then you better believe enough in yourself to invest not waste your precious resources.

• Give! That’s right…it’s that easy. Give to others. Whether you like it or not, you will reap what you sow. If you want to reap a bountiful harvest, then you better sow seeds of greatness in the lives of others. Giving doesn’t have to be about just writing a check to a charity. Sometimes it means so much more to just give your time to someone in need or speak words of encouragement over the life of a person that has been beat up by the world. When you develop the habit of giving, you will notice that your strength and belief in yourself will skyrocket. There’s simply nothing that can stand in your way!

I’ve given you some strategies to prepare for battle. So, let me ask you again…What are you fighting for? If you give up, then what you’re truly fighting for in life must not be that important. Just remember that every single time that you want to quit! Now, put on those boxing gloves and prepare to fight for yourself and your dreams. Just like in Cinderella Man.  Go get’em Champion!

Leadership Lessons I Learned This Week

You don’t have to win every argument. It’s OK to agree to disagree.

Everyone fails. So what? Gotta get back up and try again.

Marry your best friend. I’m glad I did.

Spend time alone with yourself every day. It’s healthy – gives you time to think, and re-group.

No one owes you anything. You have to go after it.

Leadership Lessons I Learned This Week

The week of 02.01.10 proved to be a great week for some key leadership lessons. Not rocket science, just personal reflection to improve my life.

Here are my TOP FIVE.

1. It is much more rewarding and fulfilling to associate with goal achieving people. Focus 90+% of my time with these people.
2. The Chinese Proverb “If you hunt two rabbits, both will escape” is so true. Multi-tasking does not work well for me. I MUST focus on one thing at a time.
3. To lift yourself above the average, go two extra steps farther than everyone else in everything you do. Competition at higher levels of performance is not that high.
4. Giving my full attention to my children is so rewarding for them and for me. I have almost completely eliminated television from my life, except for inspiring and educational movies. I am getting rid of my blackberry and down-sizing to a basic, “old school” phone.  I believe I am becoming a better father due to this new focus.
5. Being happy and high performing in your job correlates with other aspects of your life. I cannot turn “on and off” the attitude I choose at work, at home, at the gym.  I am not wired to do this.

Amateurs Wing It, Champions Prepare!

Have you ever been to a meeting, presentation or event that you walked away saying to yourself “that was a total disaster”? I’m willing to bet that there was a serious lack of preparation on the part of the leaders involved in the event.

Many people believe that they can “wing it” and create a success. The best leaders don’t buy into this and spend serious time preparing for meetings, presentations, and events. They subscribe to the philosophy that CHAMPIONS PREPARE.

Preparation is not taught in college, graduate school or on-the-job leadership training. It is a critical dimension that is often overlooked, but never forgotten, once you see it not occur and lead to an unsuccessful event.

What does preparation look like?

Here are some tips to assist you, A CHAMPION, to prepare and increase the odds that you will be viewed as a professional, organized and “buttoned up” leader.

1. When planning for a leadership role in an event, break the event into 15 or 30 minute intervals. For each interval, plan the work/discussion so the entire event planning does not overwhelm you. You eat an elephant one bite at a time and this interval approach can break that huge preparation into much more manageable pieces.
2. Keep in mind the adult attention span. Most research I have seen states that adult attention span is 45 minutes (I know, it feels like 45 seconds sometimes…). Prepare to this attention span. Don’t create 2 hour brainstorming sessions or a 4 hour conference call on one topic. You will lose people, their energy and support.
3. In your preparation, focus on the sections that will lead to success. These include goals and objectives, processes to meet the goals and objectives, tasks, time allotted, budget, resource requirements, change management plans and monitoring/validating techniques,
4. Buy a lunch and listen to a leader that is successful in leading events. Guarantee that leader prepares! Ask for tips and techniques on what they do to prepare for an event. You may learn something new to add to your preparation or validate what you are already doing. I am a huge proponent of setting aside the ego and asking successful people for their advice. No need to re-create the wheel. Just ask open ended questions and listen!!
5. Use a colleague, team member, or mentor to critique your preparation and give you feedback. Again, set your ego aside and let others “poke holes” in your preparation. You will only get better if you listen and take action on the advice. Remember it’s business, not personal.

Use these tips to be seen as a top notch, professional leader not an amateur. We all want to be involved in successful meetings, presentations, training and events. It takes the leader’s preparation to ensure this will happen. Make it happen – spend the time preparing; consider it part of the role of a great Champion and Leader.

The Right Earning

The Right Earning

Hello, Champion. I am excited to teach today. This is very powerful teaching. I want you guys to make sure that when you listen to this, if you are driving, exercising, and it is on you iPod and hard drive, it is going to be very powerful. I want you to take some serious notes. It is going to be more of a teaching versus a motivational message. As you know, I can get very fired up when I teach, and I am probably going to have to apologize for getting a little fired up even though right now I am saying, “I am going to teach you.” I am going to teach you the right earning. I want you guys to write that down.
T-H-E*R-I-G-H-T*E-A-R-N-I-N-G.

You have to understand that there are laws. I want you to write down: Law enforcement. L-A-W*E-N-F-O-R-C-E-M-E-N-T. As you know in this world, when you break the law, you are going to pay a price for breaking the law. Well, in life and in success, 95% of the people in 1990, when I was first introduced to this world of personal development, self responsibility, and self development. You have to take the responsibility to develop yourself internally and outwardly, self development. Guys write it down: “Self responsibility to develop myself to achieve the right earning.” Self development. In 1990, there were 95% of the people broke by the age 65. Right now, in the year 2008, we are moving into 97% of people are dead, dead broke, or going to be by the age 65. “Why?” Because everybody is focusing the wrong way. Everybody is focusing on money. Everybody is focusing on, “How can I make money today? How can I take a shortcut? How can I play the lottery? How can I get an instant inheritance?”

I want you to write down the words instant equals failure, instant equals failure. The instant mindset to make money equals failure. Everyone is looking for the instant coffee, the instant microwave, the instant of success. Let me give you the actual fact. There is law enforcement that – there is a universal law. Many of you know my beliefs. I read a lot from the bible. You know, “Whatsoever you sow…” That means you/I. “Whatsoever I sow, I shall reap,” and that goes on without or without your beliefs. If you do not believe that, well guess what? People say it another way, “What goes around, comes around.” Well, guess what? It is the truth. The universal law only knows what to do because it has got to enforce the law. I will say it again. The universal law of “Whatsoever you sow, you shall reap.” The law. The spirit. The expectation. The belief behind the law.

It does not know anything to do but to manifest what it is suppose to do, which is to create the results of whatever you are doing is going to produce results in your life. So, if you are doing something that you know is short-cut based… Remember, shortcuts do not work. I always speak about that when I do the live events and so forth. Make sure you book. Take a look in the back office. You will see we have our date for the first event. It is the first of six, one-day Mastermind Events here in West Palm Beach with Daniel Giordano and me. I will always have a surprise guest at each one that is going to enhance, benefit, develop, and feed you what you need to achieve lifestyle freedom. Shortcuts do not work.

You know, what I have noticed in the last 18 years is that I have noticed people who try to take shortcuts never get there, get there late, get there frustrated, and they think they know everything. Huh. Let’s say you are down here in West Palm, and you are going to go to this thing at one hotel and you are going to make a decision to attend the event at another hotel. You say, “You know what? I am not going to ask for guidance. I am not going to review the map. I am not going to take a look at the exact, specific, proven, time﷓tested method of arriving safely and on time to my destination. I am just going to go by faith. I am going to step out. I am going to see if I can figure it out.” Well, there are two things inside the word ‘sin’ and ‘pride’ right in the center. It is called, “I.” I see so many people full of pride and making sinful decisions about the ability to have the right earning.

See, when you have a product and you are a person of value, if you have a product that you are marketing and you are a person of value and you bring value to people’s lives through who you are and through the product that you offer, you have a universal right to earn the right earning. Not making money. Everyone that I know – and I want you to do your research. Write down three people you know that all they talk about is making money, and they are broke. All I speak about is impacting and changing people’s lives, and because of the universal law, I earn freedom. I earn prosperity. I earn income. I am focused on the correct laws. Law enforcement is the key. To expand more on the words law enforcement, inside the word ‘enforcement’ is ‘force.’ There is a force to reckon with. Like many people know here, in the U.S. Military, the Navy Seals, they enforce. They are armed forces to protect our freedom, and they are a serious force to reckon with.

The universal laws of the right earning are a serious force that you do not want to deal with, and it is like the force of gravity. A lot people say, “John, I don’t agree with all the teachings you teach about biblical success and biblical beliefs.” That is fine. I respect your opinion. That is why I am using the words ‘universal law.” Gravity is a universal law. Write that down. Gravity is a universal law. Now, we would not have a debate – and I spoke about this at an I Believe The Bible Event here in West Palm Beach. There are three areas where the enemy works, and I will go Christian for 30 seconds. The devil is the enemy, and the devil will get you distracted, doubting, and deliberating. Distracting, doubting, and deliberating. He will get you distracted from your destiny, doubting your destiny, and then you are going to deliberate with somebody about what you should do or who you are or how to do it.

Now, I know you will not doubt, you will not get distracted, and you will not deliberate with me that gravity is a very powerful force to reckon with. You will not reckon with that force, because you know there is a major result. It could be a casualty of your life. If right now, even when we are exercising here in Bally’s, if we went up on the second floor and I said, “Look, I don’t believe that the universe will enforce the law of gravity here in West Palm Beach on Village Boulevard at the Bally’s. I think just in this area, the universe will not enforce the law.” So, you know what? God is going to say, “Well, these two feet of gravity and these six feet is not going to enforce any law, so what I am going to do is jump off and believe that the law is not going to be in effect.” Let me explain something to you around the world. The law enforcement of whatever you do each and everyday is going to predict your future.

That is why in business, write this down, “I must develop and maintain and enforce into my spirit to focus on changing people’s lives through myself, through my actions, and through who I am.” Because when you look inside law enforcement, the universal force upon you, F-O-R-C-E, force, you will be forced success. People always say, “Man, money follows money.” I disagree with that. That is why 87% of people who win the lottery lose it all, because they have not built a foundation. See, another key word is ‘foundation’ you must build upon in order for the law to enforce itself. Like, as you know, in any part of the world, there are law enforcement agents. Here in America, there is the Sheriff’s Department, Police Department, State Troopers, FBI, and the Secret Service. These are all agents, law enforcement agents, of a specific division.

Well, I am going to ask you today to commit to become a right-earning agent (REA), and you guys can write that down. REA. I am a right-earning agent. I am an agent and all that I am doing is making sure that I am practicing and I am protecting what I need to do to achieve my goals and dreams because I am going to earn income. When you earn income, you are blessed financially. We live in a society and in an economy where we need to earn income in order to be a blessing to others. Now, the whole world right now is focused on shortcuts. That is why, as you know, I always get fired up about the communication speed. People can communicate faster than ever yet that shows me that it does not affect positively their success results. People are texting. People have instant messaging. Many of you know, when I travel, I could be London. I could be in Malta. I could be in Canada. I could be anywhere in the States. I could be in Sandals. I could be in Alaska. I could be anywhere in the world, and people will think that I am right around the corner. So you can cross this out. Faster communication does not predict success. It actually predicts quicker failure because of distractions.

The law enforcement. You have to make a decision to build a wall around yourself to keep you focused on your foundation. I am going to continue here speaking about the foundational wall. The foundational wall. I want you guys to write down: The foundational wall to predict you achieving your lifestyle freedom by earning huge income because you have the right to achieve huge income because of the foundational wall. That is powerful. That is why I know many of you are excited we have the transcripts here for the Lifestyle Freedom Club. Understand the foundational wall. If you take the word ‘law’ from ‘law enforcement’ and flip it around, it is a wall. A lot of people that are going broke are hitting a wall. They say, “I keep trying this. I keep trying this. I keep trying this. I am getting this job. I am getting this resume. I am getting this. I am getting this.” Blah. Blah. Blah. They are hitting a wall, because guess what? They have not built a foundation. The foundation you stand on to make new decisions. See, all of your decisions in life are based upon your foundation.

I am going to use an example about health. I eat a certain way. I do certain things in my life because a foundation key in my life is being healthy, so I make a lot of decisions based upon my foundation I have built. Let me ask you a question. Do your decisions represent the foundation that you have built in your life? I can tell you there are three major keywords in life, characteristics, and belief structures that you must develop within your life in order to achieve the right earning, which are as follows:

· Character.
· Honor.
· Integrity.

You must do every action, every word, every decision, every business, and everything must be founded in character, honor, and integrity. You must be a person of character. You must be a person of honor. You must honor your word, honor your decisions, and stand up for something or else you are going to get it ran over by everything. That is a key point. I will say it again. If you do not stand for something, the 97% crowd will run you over, and everything you say, they will run over you. They will run over your decisions. They will bombard you will negativity about why you should or should not do a business or make a decision. Understand integrity. Sometimes when you run the integrity line, you challenge people. I am a man of integrity. I am a man of my word. If I say something to you, and I say, “if” there, because unless I say it – I will only do it if I say it. People sometimes may try to twist your words or twist your actions to make you say something you do not believe in. Well, if you do not believe it, do not say it.

That is why my grandfather always told me, “You never have to worry about what you said. Only tell the truth so that when you speak again, you are only telling the truth.” The right earning. The universe will pay you very highly when you develop the foundation to receive the earning. It is like the old process of the fern and bamboo. Make sure you go into the back office here in the Lifestyle Freedom Club and print it out. The Fern and The Bamboo Story is there. Another great article of mine is: Are You Famous or Focused? We have got to focus on building a foundation or else guess what? Law enforcement will say, “Look, you can’t drive on this road. John, you have not taken the driver’s test. You do not have a license to operate a motor vehicle on I-95 in South Florida, so I am going to enforce the law. I am going to arrest you. You are going to go behind imprisoned bars. You are going to stay in fear your whole life.” Do you see how a lot in the physical realm matches the mind-set realm, spiritual realm, and the attitude realm?

Now, you have got to go through some seasons. You have got to take some tests, and you have got to develop your license to operate your mind-set vehicle on life’s highways. Hello, Champion. That is some good teaching son. Understand that. That is why you have got to have the right earning. See, when I first got introduced to self development, from 1990 to 1999, I developed my foundation. I buckled down. I developed the equipment. Now, I teach as many of you know obviously. I respect you, and I am more committed to you right now than you can humanly imagine. I want you to be a blessing to others. I want you to live what the bible says. Live in the overflow, the abundant life, because when you have so much coming in, and it is coming out of you, that gives you the ability to give away more. Whatsoever you give today, predicts your future. So the foundational wall.

Another characteristic of a strong foundation is you must keep building your foundation. That is why many of you know my habits. I exercise each day, my mind, my body, and my spirit. I can tell you when you choose to develop that type of habit, you will absolutely explode your results, because so many people are running behind schedule. You know, the average guy in his 40s, is 20 pounds overweight and 20 minutes behind schedule. “Why?” Because of no foundation. Because of no foundation.

I want to expand now a little bit upon the word ‘right’ R-I-G-H-T ‘right.’ You have to realize when you have a membership you have rights. Like right now, all of you are members of the Lifestyle Freedom Club. “A what John?” A right to receive. “To what John?” To receive and take advantage of all the benefits of the Lifestyle Freedom Club, and you can see of all the articles we have posted, resources, downloads, bonuses, and ringtones. There are so many benefits that I want you to take advantage of. I want you to utilize everything you pay for. You paid an actual monetary price. Either you are on a monthly basis, or many of you took advantage of the pre-launch 15-month special, which is phenomenal. Now, as many of you know, I am a member of Bally’s Fitness Club. My membership gives me the right to use all the equipment. “All the what, John.” The equipment. “All the what?” The equipment that I train physically on each day, which protects and prepares me for the battles of this life, which you know the better physical shape you are in life, usually enhances your ability to make better mental decisions and business decisions.

Well, guess what? The right earning, when you have done the right think. When you have sown the right seeds, you have a right to declare and command the universal law of whatsoever you sow, you shall reap to manifest in your life. It is a spirit of expectation. It is not a spirit of theft. It is not a spirit of hoarding. It is not a spirit of doing stuff behind the scenes that really does not represent your scenery. Like this morning, I am actually recording this in Bally’s here in West Palm Beach. Many of you have heard that the world famous Antonio and Mariana and their awesome Bruno moved here to West Palm. This morning in the gym, Antonio and his wife Mariana – I mean Antonio was there, and he came in and saw me working out. Now, can you imagine? I have been speaking around the world now for close to seven years. Imagine if you came into the gym and I was hanging out, reading USA Today, watching the TV, and banging my head to some hard rock and roll music. I would not have the right to earn huge income as a speaker, coach, and mentor, because what I do behind the scenes is not feeding the universal law of the right earning. This is so huge.

I want you to understand this. It is a process. That is why the bamboo root is so important. Nothing happens instantly. The only thing that happens instantly is the decision to change a decision to grow in order for you to develop the foundation to receive what you have a right to receive because you have sown the right seeds. When you focus on making a difference in people’s lives, you are going to earn huge income. That is a right. You know, here in America, we have rights as a freedom. We have rights as a citizen. Well, you have a right to earn huge income when you pay the price and you can verify and validate with proof of who you are and what you have done, and that is why you can, today, expect a supernatural miracle. You can declare and command from the universe, “I expect a supernatural miracle today, because I’ve done what I know will make a difference in people’s lives and each and everyday I am bettering myself in order to better the society.” That is why many of you, or most people – it is really unreal that we are moving to 97% of people are dead broke at the age of 65, yet we are supposed to be living in the greatest times ever in technology and advancements.

I mean, with computers or all the advancements we have in the medical world and the technology world, people are getting sicker and broker quicker. Guys, that hits me so much. I really want you to understand that. Write this down: Success is simply simple. “What does that mean?” Success is simply simple. Success is simply doing consistent, daily, focused, action steps that will develop habits that will predict you to earn huge income, which enables you to have the right to earn huge income, and it is simple. Success is simply simple. See, I consistently do each day what I know develops my foundation for me to have the right to earn huge income. I am going to ask this question: Are you doing what you know today to build the roots to build a successful bamboo root in your life, the bamboo tree, in order for you to earn huge income, or are you trying to sneak on by in life?

You cannot sneak on by. You cannot be quiet enough that the universe does not hear you. Well, I am going to say it again. No matter how much you try to sneak behind the scenes, the universe knows what you are doing. What you do behind the scenes predicts your scenery. If you overeat behind the scenes, you are going to be obese in the natural. “John, that’s not nice.” Well, I love you enough to tell you the truth. If you do not do consistent, daily, focused, personal development to change your self, you will never change enough inwardly to predict new outward changed decisions to develop the business, develop the mindset, develop the attitude, and develop the commitment to receive your earning, your blessing, on a daily basis based upon the right you have as a champion. Whew. That is a mouthful. That is a mouthful. Law enforcement.

Too many people are building wall blocks, and I am going to continue on that. Wall blockers. I want you guys to write it down: Wall blockers. You have got to realize when there is law enforcement, as I spoke about earlier, you take W-A-L flip it around, and it is a wall. You have got to ask yourself, “What’s my earning blocker? What am I doing behind the scenes that I am trying to shortcut this process of having the right earning?” You know, I always recognize many students such as Ian Shoebridge and Annette Roberts who are both Lifestyle Freedom Club Members. I always talk about them behind the scenes. I see them growing. Like Carla McNeil from Canada. I know, because I know what you are going through, and I know what you are doing behind the scenes is going to predict you to earn huge income. You have the right to earn huge income because of what you did behind the scenes, and you have taken down the walls. We have got to knock the walls down. Write that down. “I must knock the walls down.” Everybody has different walls.

What are the walls that you have to knock down? Not physically. Knock down negative associations in your life. Do you need to release people around you? You need to release daily habits. Do you need to release phone conversations? You need to release areas in your life that are blocking you. It is like in the physical realm. When someone has a heart attack and their arteries are blocked up, they need to bring in professional surgeons. They need to go inside arteries with specified, proven, time-tested instruments and unclog the arteries, unblock the artery, so the heart can pump effectively and efficiently in order for that person to live a healthy life. Well, guess what? You have to ask yourself, “What’s blocking me? What’s blocking me from achieving the rights to earn huge income?” You know, the teaching is: The Right Earning, R-I-G-H-T. In the mindset of rights, you have rights. As a member of the Lifestyle Freedom Club you have rights. As a universal championship student of personal self development to enhance yourself, to empower yourself, in order to equip society with better wisdom, better action steps; and, in return, the universe will give you a business. God will give you a business.

You know, in the bible it says in the book of Deuteronomy 8:18 God gives you the power to get wealth, and power is an idea to get wealth. You have got to be ready to receive that. That is why as you keep feeding yourself with this correct motivation, inspiration, and teaching, everybody is one step, one decision, one action step, and one blocker away from being destroyed from being achieving and living your dream. See, when people say, “Man, I’ve been at this for four, five, or six years.” Get ready brothers and sisters. I am at it everyday. I am 18 years into this, and I will be into it for the rest of my life because I enjoy learning. I enjoy stretching. I enjoy listening to wisdom. I really see it. I really see the separation. I see people on their mobile phones and cell phones talking all day long, and watching TV. They have got 10 or 15 TVs in their house. They have got the computers. They have got so much stuff going on that they are distracted. They are not building a foundation. There are walls of distraction around you.

See, there are walls of distraction that will keep you from earning your right, and that is why all of you can say, “Well, I know I am doing what needs to be done in order to achieve the right earning in my life.” Then as you earn huge income, you then can achieve, bless others, and fulfill your why, fulfill you goals, and fulfill your dreams. It is a two-to-five-year process bar none. Ninety-seven percent of people will quit. The question I have for you is: Are you going to quit, or are you going to build the right﷓earning habits. I speak a lot about habits as you know. A major habit to develop is to focus on where you know, currently right now in your life, there is a blessing blocker, there is a wall blocker. Something is blocking your blessing, your earning. If you strengthen that weakness through developing the habits you know that will assist you to overcome that, you will then, before you know it…

See, I know it. I know when somebody does something that is uncomfortable and challenging at first and stretches them. I know that they are focusing on the weak area in their life, which will become their strength. My weakness, as all of you know, was speaking. My strength right now, obviously, is teaching, because I am consistently learning. Antonio, who witnessed it live here at Bally’s Health Club, was in here this morning. I had my bible out. I had my learning journal. I had this teaching. I actually got the piece of paper right here that I have got the bullet points down on. You can hear it. [Paper rattling]. I am going to summarize the bullet points. It is so powerful. The right earning. Write it down in this fashion: “Am I a right earner? Am I one who has done what needs to be done to receive the right to earn huge income?” I believe you have. I believe you are, because you are listening to this. A right earner is someone who is committed daily to do what others only think about doing occasionally. As you know, I teach, and one of my champion quotes is: “Champions do all the time, what others think about doing occasionally.” It is time that you step up to the plate and do all the time what champions do in order to live the lifestyle freedom.

The right earning. I want to recap here what we have going on. The right earning.

I want you to write on a piece of paper, because I know you have been taking notes, and I started off with this teaching for you to take notes:

I know many of you know people that say, “Ah, man, you don’t know what happened today in my life. I couldn’t get there. Aw, man, I can’t make any money. I keep taking these resumes. Aw.” Guess what? Because they are not decisive. They are not daily committed to their action steps. You have to make a decision each day. The universe will only do what it knows to do, which is to reap what one sows. That is all the universe knows to do. Just like gravity, gravity does not know what to do except to activity and achieve what the universe has given gravity the right to achieve, which is to fulfill its calling. Well, the universal law of focused in on making a difference in people’s lives, focusing good seeds, love people, give, be a giver, empower people smile to people, motivate people, and make sure in the business realm that the product that you are marketing is a ethical and moral product. As you know, my product that I market is motivation, success, techniques, and strategies in order to make this society a better place.

‘Make,’ as you know, I teach a lot is like making a cake or making a recipe. No matter how much the other ingredients work, if you are missing one ingredient, 97% of the cake will taste horrible, 3% may taste good. You have got to focus on earning huge income. Focus on making a difference. I know it is difficult. That is why I always teach my students that while you focus on making a difference in this world, focus on making a difference in you each day versus focusing on making money. You know, have a job right now to make money. Making money pays your bills. Making a difference in this world changes the world. I mean, I could stop right there, and you guys understand that principle. When you focus on making money in your life versus focus on making a difference on making a difference in people’s lives to change society, you entire life changes. A job is simply a job to make money, and give it your best.

I always hear say, “Man, I don’t like my job. I hate my job.” Do not have a hate emotion, because hate, love, and caring are emotions, and emotions control your decisions. Everything you do, like, as you know, my grandfather always taught me, has your life print on it. We have a fingerprint, and you know I teach about a voice print. Everything we touch. “Everything we what, John?” Touch. Like people say, “Man, everything that person touches turns to gold.” It is because they have developed a foundation that they have the manifestation of right-earning touch. Not the Midas touch or the golden touch. They have the touch there, because they have the foundation built. They have no walls blocking the enforcement of the universal law that they have the right earning and that whatever they do produces prosperity because they have laid the foundation. That’s where they are going, going forward. This is a huge teaching, Champions.

Focus on making a difference in people’s lives, and I want you to commit to that. Focus on making a difference in people’s lives. Write it this way: “Today, I’ve made a decision to focus on others and care about others to change their lives.” You have a gift. Many of you have a gift that will change other people’s lives. You know, I always say, “What you take for granted will change someone’s life. Do not take this lightly. You are on track to achieve lifestyle freedom. Lifestyle freedom is a mindset. Lifestyle freedom is an attitude. Lifestyle freedom is a commitment to do what others think about doing every once in a while to do daily. I want you to write this down: “I love the law﷓enforcement mentality. I love the law﷓enforcement mentality.” The mentality of law enforcement in the universe does not care who you are, what you do, where you come from, your age, sex, creed, religion, or etc. There is no discrimination against law enforcement.

When you focus on making a difference in people’s lives, care about people, and stretch people, you will achieve your success level. You will go to the top. You will manifest and win in life. The question is: Will you commit on a long-term basis? Like today, I am recording this. I love teaching. I love doing what I do. Everyday is a great day when you are living within the law-enforcement rules. Many of us just came back from Jamaica. They talk about how that is an all-inclusive resort. Let me explain something to you. The right earning is an all-inclusive 1,000% reality for the 3%. A 3%’er focuses on others in the universe. It will produce back to huge income. Guess what? You have a right to receive that.

I am fired up for you guys! Make sure you relisten to the teaching. Make sure you manifest this. Make sure you listen to that Just In Case of Emergency, played﷓very﷓loudly teaching. I want all of you to live in a land of prosperity. I want you to cross that line and come out of yourself and focus on others, but then you have got to receive by expectation the supernatural miracle process of the universe that, “The universe will enforce upon me. It will force on me huge blessings, huge overflow, huge abundance, and huge favor in business; and; in my family, huge in healing and prosperity. The universe will force upon me because I planted the seeds, my roots are built so I can today command and declare a supernatural miracle today, because I am a member of the TREC (The Right Earning Club). I have the right to earn huge income, because I am going to receive the benefits of going to the club each day, doing the right thing, changing people’s lives, walking by character, walking by honor, walking by integrity, building my roots, and building a foundation.”

Say it with me, “I have a right to receive huge earnings. I have a right, according to the law. The universal law will enforce upon me supernatural, miraculous blessings, supernatural miracles in my life.” Command a miracle. Command and receive a miracle today.

Final recap. The right earning. Focus on what you are doing today. As you know, I mentioned the word ‘focus’ a lot in this teaching. You have a right to earn huge income. Focus on your daily action steps. A major mindset that I know the universal law produces – and when I say universe, for me, the universe is God. God loves sowers. As you know, in the bible it says, “God gives seed to the sower.” There is a whole story when Jesus taught about the parable of the sower. That is why Jesus always taught in stories, because stories tell the truth. “What can I sow today?” I have it right in front of me. As I am recording this in my personal construction zone, it says right in front of me, “I am expecting a supernatural miracle today. What can I sow today? What can I give? What seed can I sow in someone’s life?” When you sow the right seed, you have the right to earn a huge harvest. Move from making to earning and focusing.

The Eye of The Hurricane

Hello, Champion. I am excited. I am excited about this teaching, because I am going to tell a lot of stories throughout it. I really want you to get focused on the title
The Eye of The Hurricane. Do you have it? The Eye of The Hurricane. All of you know in the movie Rocky/Rocky II, they used the theme The Eye of The Tiger. There was a song about The Eye of the Tiger having that fighting championship instinct in you. For all of you that are in South Florida and for all of you that have obviously heard of hurricanes, what occurs is the eye of the hurricane is the center of the hurricane where it is calm, beautiful, and excellent. When a hurricane comes over, you will go through the first bands of the hurricane, which are called the “feeder bands.” Those will pass, and then the eye will come.

Anyone that has been through a hurricane – I have been blessed enough to be out of town and I evacuated twice when we were here in South Florida. We experienced a Category 3. We were here, and it was going to be just a Category 1, like a tropical storm, but then the storm turned at the last few minutes. It lasted about an hour or so, and it was kind of a direct hit into Palm Beach County here in West Palm Beach. It was amazing when you were just sitting there in the hurricane, and you had no control. You could not go outside your house. You just had to sit there and wait for the storm to go by. People that had been in storms before would say, “Well, John, wait until the eye comes over. When the eye comes over, we’ll get to go outside, see what occurred, see if there is any damage, etc.” Well, I can tell you I experienced that, and the eye of the hurricane was phenomenal. It was like a crystal-clear, mid-winter, beautiful day here in South Florida.
South Florida here from October through May averages 75 degrees to 80 degrees, low humidity. It is beautiful I call it “God’s Country.” It is beautiful.

Now, the eye of the hurricane; and, after the eye of the hurricane passes, the second phase. The final part of the hurricane before it completely goes over your destination. Keywords. I am building up for a huge teaching here. They eye is awesome. It is nice. It is beautiful. You get to go outside. I will never being in the parking lot at that time. All of a sudden, the wind started to pick up, and everyone said, “Oh, we better go back inside, because the worst is yet to come.” In other words, the eye of the hurricane was beautiful. It was clear. Yet, what was behind that was the most catastrophic, dangerous part, segment, portion of the hurricane. “So, what does that have to do with success and motivation?” Well, I really want to speak about a major part called, “preparation.”

Preparation for a hurricane will keep you alive. Guys, write this down: “Preparation for my storms in life will keep me alive.” Preparations meaning what you do right now:

· Listening to this material.
· Absolutely immersing and bombarding yourself will all the success and wisdom.
· Saying the affirmations.
· Having the ringtones.
· Coming out to the event here August 23rd in South Florida.

Preparation predicts the champion. That is huge. Preparation predicts the champion. Now, here in Florida, just last week, we had hurricane shutters put here on our home. There are 17 windows. When I did the permit with the city, and all that stuff that takes months. “It takes how long, John?” “It takes months.” It takes preparation. You have to first get an estimate. You have to go out and get a hurricane company, experts. They have to have all these long lists of licenses, especially after the hurricane here in South Florida that caused a lot of damage back in the 90s. You really had to make sure that you are proven, time-tested, hurricane installer, because people’s homes are put into your hands. You had to prove yourself that when you install the hurricane shutters, that your expertise is proven and time tested during the storms so that you can walk away with confidence and say, “I know that because of my expertise, because of my preparation, because of my associations with certain contracts, certain renewals of my contractual license, because I’m an expert in this area, I know with 1,000% conviction I can look you in the eye and during the eye of a hurricane, I know your home will be protected.”

Let me ask you a question, Champion? Are you starting to understand
The Eye of The Hurricane? You can sustain the storms in life if you have the correct preparation. Preparation will challenge many people around you.

Preparation – Now, you know you are going to have a storm in South Florida. There are different areas of the country where you have to have certain types of insurance where you live and so forth. I am going to really focus on preparation for a hurricane. Guys, I want you to write this down: “What is my hurricane, and how do I need to protect myself?” I am going to go through the preparation and protection for personal development. As we move into this economy, as we move into 2008 and beyond, we are now across the 50-yard line. When we complete July, it is the 7th month of the year completed. We are moving into the 3rd quarter, 2nd half of 2008. You have got to ask yourself, “What do I have to prepare more for? What do I have to plan more for?” Because what is your hurricane?

See, I would be an imbecile. As an owner of a home here in South Florida, when a hurricane comes through, “Nah, I’m not gonna get shutters. I am not gonna put a panel of shutters. I’m not gonna prepare for the storm.” The storm knows what it’s born to do. The storm knows its destination. The storm knows what it’s going to do. A storm in your life is the enemy. The enemy of:

· Low self-belief.
· Daily action steps.
· Believing enough in yourself to stay committed to the process just when you are about to have the breakthrough.

I have been teaching and learning, and I am more of student today than I have ever been. I am more of student today, and I have been into self-development now for a little over 18 years. March 1990, as many of you know my story. Self-development.

The first word in ‘self-made millionaire’ is ‘self.’ Self-made – I took personal responsibility to make myself into someone with true lifestyle freedom. That is a self﷓made lifestyle freedom millionaire mindset, and I want you own that.

Preparation – Preparation can be very challenging to people around you. Allow me to tell more of the story about what occurred here in my home. When they first gave us a call, we were going to be out of town actually somewhere else. I said, “Oh, that’s awesome,” because there is some much noise. When they are putting hurricane shutters into your home, they are drilling deep around every window opening, around the patio opening going out to the pool, and they are digging down deep with corrosion proof. Proof – See, proven, time-tested means proof. This is proven over time that these rust-proof attachments, these bolts, and these shutters will withstand a Category 5 direct hit. “Why?” Because. You know what is amazing? The person who was putting the shutters on my home when I met him, because we got back in the middle of the second day, and took four-and-a-half days to put the shutters on here. I said to him, “How long you been doing this?” He says, “Oh, I’ve been doing it 18 years, and it’s amazing.” I said, “God, you’re awesome, brother. Eighteen years.” I said, “Oh, in the 90s you started.” He said, “Yeah, I started in 1990.” I said, “Oh, yeah. I got into my business in 1990.” He says, “What do you do?” I said, “I’m a motivational speaker, strategic business coach, and best﷓selling international author. I teach and coach people how to extract out of them how to become successful.” So, he says, “Wow, that’s great. I’ve never heard of that.”

Real nice guy. A great guy. He had never heard of motivation and self-development. That is awesome. That is fine. I introduced it to him in my backyard only a few days ago as I am making this recording as a matter of fact. He said, “I know you were a past customer of the owner, and the owner wanted to give you the best. So, he put me on this job, and I am the only one that is going to install your shutters. I will be here. It could be three, four, or possibly five days, but I want to make sure that every bolt, every shutter is installed effectively and efficiently so it’s bullet proof from a hurricane.” A lot of hurricane shutter companies will put two, three, or four guys on a condo or a small home and they will bang it out real quick. He said, “My owner wanted to over deliver for you, and I will be the sole person on your job.” So, now, when the City of West Palm Beach comes by, they have to approve the shutters on your home like with insurance and so forth, city and county code, and expert in hurricane shutters. I literally hand our home, Christie and I, our lives, over to him. I am assuming and believing that he is going to install the hurricane shutters the right way. “Why?” “Because he has 18 years of proven, time-tested experience in installing hurricane shutters.” He told me story. He said, “All homes that I put hurricane shutters on have sustained all the hurricanes that we’ve been hit with.”

I enjoy what I do. His vote of confidence and his background gave me the confidence, conviction, and personal direction that I needed to just literally say, “Go for it, brother. Put the shutters on. I believe in you.” That is why when I teach success and motivation, and I teach a lot about having the lifestyle and freedom, and I know I challenge many of you. You really have got to step out in faith and receive my expertise, and I say “my expertise” out of confidence, not out of arrogance. I am an expert in motivation. I am an expert in breaking it down to simple, daily, focused, action steps. Well, now, when he was putting on the hurricane shutters, it got very loud in the home, very, very loud in the house. It got so loud that I know Christie left for a while, and I actually stayed here while I was writing this. There was so much noise, because he is drilling into the cement of the home. Listen to this, guys. I mean, I could stop right here, and we could spend two years on this. This is awesome. He had to make a correct incision into the foundation for the big, long shutters across the back where the sliding door goes to the pool. There is nothing between the door, the pool, and the golf course. So, they had to put these special hurricane shutters, so he had to go extra deep into the foundation to secure. “To what?” To secure the bolts, the corrosive proof, rust proof, Category 5 bolts.

When he was drilling, I can tell you Champions, the house was shaking. There was so much noise. It was [drilling sounds] for hours. I mean, hours. Now, let’s take that in your life. You have got to start making a lot noise. Guess what? You are in the preparation mode. You have got to start speaking your affirmations. You have got to start acting a little different. You have got to have the success attitude. You have got to start playing your iPod. You have got to start playing all the material here from the Lifestyle Freedom Club. You have got to play it on your computer loud. You have got to put it on your iPod. You have got to rip it to a CD. You have got to bombard yourself. You have to start digging down deep and preparing yourself for a hurricane. You will have a hurricane in your life. Not a physical hurricane in reference to a mother-nature storm. I am talking about a hurricane of somebody negative around you stealing your dream, a dream stealer. Somebody from your past telling you, “Come on. Let’s just go out and grab some beers and get something to eat. You don’t need to go that event. You don’t need to be around a Lifestyle Freedom Club Millionaire Champions. You don’t need that. You don’t need to go out to an event to see John Di Lemme speak. You don’t need to go to Boot Camp with Dan Giordano and John Di Lemme. You’re out of your mind.” Do you see how loud they are in destroying you?

Well, it is time you step up and get The Eye of The Hurricane.
The Eye of The Hurricane – When somebody looks at you. I know when people look at me. Every time I speak at events live they say, “John, I can see it in you.” “Well, what can you see?” You can see the commitment. You can see the attitude. You can see the habits. You can see the determination. You can see the massive, monumental, momentum within my heart to motivate you to become a champion. Well, you have got to receive that. You have got to start understanding that it is a preparation everyday. That is why all of you know my habits. Each day I go to the health club to exercise more my mind than my body. I do my physical exercise. I am in great physical shape, but my mind is 7’4” and bulletproof when it comes to spiritual, mental, emotional, success, positive, and motivational mindsets. That is a Di Lemme’ism right there, because I know with preparation there is a lot of noise, a lot of focus. I mean, it is [drilling sounds]. Things are shaking, and the guy is focused. He can only go at for a few hours, and he has to stop. He says, “John, that’s why it may take more four or five days, because I want to make sure every bolt is in.” If one bolt is out of one shutter, it does not pass inspection. The preparation is not proven to sustain the storm. Write this down: “My daily, focused, action, habits to build the preparation of the process to sustain the hurricane enables me to develop the mindset to get the look of the eye of the hurricane.”

That is why I know many of you are going, “Thank God these are transcribed.” I am excited about it, because I can go and I do not have to repeat myself. You can go into the transcription, and you can print it out. You can highlight it. Guys, you have got to start speaking The Eye of The Hurricane. I have it. Do you have it? Because preparation. It is like you have the ringtones now. You may have people say, “Man, I don’t want to hear Di Lemme’s loud voice when you phone.” “Well, then, do yourself a favor. Either mute your ears, but I am receiving the ringtone because I’ve made a decision. I am immersing myself. I am a lifestyle freedom millionaire. I am going to be able to do what I want to do when I want to do with who I want to do it with, because I’m paying the price now for the preparation so I’ll be able to sustain the storms of you, and you are actually a hurricane to my heart.”

‘H’ in ‘hurricane’ stands for ‘heart.’ You have got to have the heart of a champion. You have got to have the atmospheric heart. People say, “Man, that person has got a huge heart.” We all physically have a certain size heart, but it is the atmosphere. It is the faith﷓based atmosphere of having a hurricane heart. The Eye of The Hurricane. I believe you have it. ‘H’ in ‘hurricane’ stands for ‘heart’ and the power is preparation.

The second letter in ‘hurricane’ is ‘U,’ which stands for ‘underneath.’ Underneath the preparation, underneath the hurricane shutters that are installed, underneath the attitude, underneath the associations, underneath the ringtones, and underneath the new physical, spiritual, atmospheric, attitude you have, there is a lot of preparation going on. There is a lot work. I have been going 18 years each day building; and, everyday that I wake up, I wake up saying, “Today is the greatest day ever.” I put my feet on the ground and say, “Let’s go for it.” See, when I sleep, I renew my faith each night. See, I believe people who are stressed out, and push themselves to a limit, they become overweight. They get sick. They are working 20 hours a day. It is useless, because they are focused on the wrong things. If you take ‘stress’ and you turn it around, it is ‘rest.’ What you have got to do is turn your stress around by resting, repairing your body, repairing your mind, and repairing your heart.

Underneath a true hurricane, underneath the true eye of a hurricane, is focused preparation. It is like when the individual was installing the hurricane shutters here, he had to take a break. He says, “John, I can only do a certain amount per day, because I need to focus intensely.” Write this down: Focused intensity must be the foundation for the underneath, underlying, and the undergarments. As they say in the car business, like, what is under the car, you know, under the hood.
Underneath – Focused intensity. You need to be focused intensely. That is why you prepare yourself when:

· You are going to do a presentation.
· You are going to make a phone call for your business.
· You are going to speak at an event.
· You are in sales and marketing, are working in a business, and you are going to meet a client for the first time.

You have to be on your game and in your zone. Write that down: “I am on my game, and I am in my zone.” That is why there is the home field advantage. The players on a professional team always say, “They have a home field advantage.” What does the word ‘advantage’ mean? Advantage means they have the extra edge. They have the extra advantage. They have the extra ability to beat the competition because they are in their comfort zone. They are at home. They know the field. They know the surroundings much more because they have practiced there. That is where they have done their preparations and now they are ready for battle. Um. There is a lot to that statement.

‘Underneath.’ You are going to get to the point where you cannot wait for a battle. You cannot wait for a challenge. You cannot wait to show some of The Eye of The Hurricane, because you have a hurricane. You have that look. This is kind of an in-depth teaching about The Eye of The Hurricane. You have to know that you can sustain the hits because of the preparation you have done through all of the listening to motivational material, having the ringtones, and coming out to events. I am speaking to you one-on-one right now. I really want you to listen to this. People always say, “Prepare for the worst in case it happens.” No. I do not like that statement. You know, in the physical realm, when we talk about the hurricanes, yes, you are prepared for a Category 5. Right now, if a hurricane hit, our home is protected. There would be no power for a month, but the windows are protected. It is like a bomb shelter in here, because we invested. We paid the price for the number one, proven, time-tested, hurricane, physical shutters to protect our home. You are paying a price. You are paying a price right now in preparation. I can speak to you today that I, John Di Lemme, am a trained personal development expert in the arena of self-development to teach you to daily, focus, committed, action, and habits to achieve multi-millionaire lifestyle freedom. I know I can do that. The questions are:

· Will you receive that?
· Will you understand that you have got to spend a lot of time?

You have got to invest finances and spend time in preparation. You are going to make a lot noise around you. You make a lot of noise. We talked about that with the hurricane shutters [drilling sounds]. I mean, incredible noise, because they have to get down real deep in those bolts. Let me ask you a question. Are you willing to pay the price of preparation? Write that down in the first person: “Am I willing to pay the price of preparation?” There is a price you are going to pay. There is a two-to-five year foundational process. I am 18 years into this, and I feel the best I have ever felt in my life emotionally, physically, spiritually, and everywhere because I paid the price. As you know, that is my other teaching for this month in which I discuss price in a lot more detail. But, “Am I willing to pay the price of preparation?”

Preparation – It took from us from the day we decided. “The day what, John?” The day Christie and I decided. I said, “Christie, I want to equip our home with hurricane shutters just in case a hurricane hits we don’t have to be concerned about the storm destroying our home because we made a decision to invest wisely, prepare promptly, and prepare with experts.” Keywords: “Just in case a hurricane hits.” That is a huge statement for a physical home. Let’s do that with our business. Let’s do that with our mindset, our words, and our actions. Let’s make a decision to do that. So we made a decision, and then we had to make the phone calls. We called up two companies. We had them come out and give us estimates, and then we had to choose which company. I went with someone that I had already used in the past, but I wanted to experiment with someone else and see what the price differentiation was. We got the estimate. They had to come out and measure, and then they had to make sure that the salesman measured effectively. Then, the professional, who by the way, get ready for the extra bonus, the individual who measured the hurricane shutters, here we go. This is so huge. I am so fired up. The person behind the installer, the person who really prepares the blueprint, the architect, basically, in the success world, the visionary, the one that draws out and measures. This is what we need to do to sustain it. Guys, focus right now. This is huge. The person who came here and measured these hurricane shutters for the centimeter. These cannot be off a centimeter or a storm can take you out that is why your vision, your construction zone, has got to be huge and always growing, because that is your blueprint. That is what you are going to prepare for.

If he was off, if the salesman was off, then we gave 50% deposit down after the guy that measured it said, “Yes, the salesman was correct, because I measured it to its specific, exact, small millimeter measurements.” With confidence, he signs off on it. I give 50% deposit. Well, we are not ready yet, and then we have to go to our Homeowner’s Association. We have to give them proof of insurance from the hurricane installing company and a whole list of stuff they wanted, because they want to make sure that we are using a qualified installer. Keyword: Proof. We live in a small community. There are about 53 homes here. This is unbelievable. This is why. So, when the storm hits. When the storm, “What?” “When the storm hits the shutters don’t fly around the neighborhood and hurt other people and kill other people.” In the physical realm, you have to make sure. The Homeowner’s Association, to me, is your mastermind team.

Right now, you may be by yourself listening to this. This is great. This is why we have the private call each month. That is why we have an event every 60 days. That is why I do e-mails once a day or once every other day staying tied it. That is why send questions and be consistent. So, now, get back to the hurricane. You guys, this is awesome. Right? See, it is all coming together here. It is powerful. The Homeowner’s Association then signs off on it, but we are not done yet. Then we have got to take that to the city, and then the city has to approve all the paperwork. The city has to, “What?” “Approve, go through, and test.” They have to make sure of everything that they filled out from the company who gave us the estimate. I have now invested 50% down, because I had to show my commitment to them for all of them to take action. This is very powerful. That is why many of you – everybody tries to squeak by in life. You cannot squeak by. You have got to totally immersed, make a decision, get into it, and get fired up about your life.

Now the city; they always say when we talk to the company, “Well, we’ve done everything we can do. The homeowner signed, now we are waiting for the city.” It is called patience. Faith and patient are called the “success power punchers.” When you want to punch out fear, punch out low self-belief, and punch out indecision out of your life, you have to knock them out with faith and patient. Faith – You know it is going to happen. Patient – You have the patience to receive the results of what you believe your faith is going to bring into your life. The owner says, “Oh, we’ve done this thousands of time with The City of West Palm Beach and The County of Palm Beach County. I know as the owner of the company and as an expert, we’ve done everything in preparation. They will sign off on it. You will get the permit. We will have the hurricane shutters installed and effective and efficiently installed on your home just in case of a hurricane.” Needless to say, the city signed off on it. “Why?” The expert knew because of what he laid in the foundation that it was going to achieve its results. Well, I know Champions, if you choose to be focused and develop everything we teach between the videos and all the information on The Lifestyle Freedom Club, choose to learn it, choose to instill it. Every time I say, “Write this down,” write it down. Print out the PDF, highlight it, go over it, and learn and learn and learn and learn so you can build the confidence.

Preparation builds confidence. Preparation, which is practice. Preparation for battle is practicing. Preparing is training. Then when he got here to put on the shutters, we then had to prepare the home a little bit more. We had to then move stuff away from the windows on the inside of the home; because, on the second level of my home, he had to go inside it and install it. I do not know. He used some technical term, because he is an expert. He says, “John, because your 2nd floor, a little higher, and on the golf course, we had to use hurricane shutters as if you were on the 31st story of a condo complex because there is nothing.” I live right on the golf course, so there is nothing from the window out. Literally, a baseball or small rock in a Category 5 hurricane will get up to 250 miles per hour hitting a window – preparation.

Now, guys, focus. Focus on this, what I am about to say. That little rock running at 250 miles per hour will make permanent, physical damage in the structure, and it would be noticeable the rest of the structures life. “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names don’t hurt me.” Nope. That is totally wrong. Sticks and stones will physically hurt you, but how many of you know that the words spoken over your life, about you, around you eventually you immerse yourself, got inside your heart, and those words are anchors. The words of non-believers, people who do not believe in themselves for success, are speaking into you, your spirit received it, you engaged that, anchored that, and now you are stuck. We have got to release that. That is why preparation. That is why the total immersion, the motivation, the success, and he preparation; because, when the enemy hits, and the enemy comes at you, guess what, Champion? You will be prepared. You will have that look in your eye like many of you see the look like when I am speaking live at events and I am at a few hundred people, and I definitely speak, as you know, in a controversial, challenging, loving way, because I care enough about you to challenge you.

I actually look forward for the hurricane/storm in the natural; not the physical Category 5 hurricane, but I am looking for the person that says, “I’m going to try to take him out.” They going to come up to me and say, “John, I don’t believe affirmations work. I don’t believe daily habits make a decision. I believe I was born this way.” I said, “I disagree with you based upon proven, time-tested, success secrets.” I tell them, “Self-made millionaire, what’s the first word? ‘Self.’ Who are you?” “Oh, I’m myself. Myself, yourself, you self; you are yourself. You self results are made by you.”
The Eye of The Hurricane. This is an intense teaching. They eye of the hurricane is the center of the storm that is really calm. This is awesome. Even if you do not love this teaching, I am saying to myself, “That’s good teaching, John.” I am teaching. I am receiving this, and I am the teacher. The eye of the hurricane is calm. It is beautiful. Many of you meet me, see me face-to-face, and here me teach. I am excited. I love life. I am calm because I know exactly where I am going because of my preparation. I know I can sustain any storm in my life because of preparation and because of what I do each day.

This is what I want to focus on. I want to focus on something. I went over just the first two letters in the word ‘hurricane,’ but I really want to focus on the ‘RR’ of ‘hurricane.’ People say, “Rest and recreation (R&R).” Oh, man. I am so excited. Here is what I want you to write down: Resisting rejection. Resisting rejection. I want to teach a little more on it. Resisting rejection – You must make a decision because you are in a heavy preparation mode developing the eye, the calmness, yet convicted of confidence. See, faith is the evidence. Evidence is when you are in front of a physical jury and you get put behind bars because they had enough to convict you, enough evidence. Resisting rejection – You have to resist rejection from your self. See, yourself will reject the new you. Your self will reject the hurricane eye. The preparation of you going to enough of your – uh, uh, uh – excuse me. I am so fired up, I am stuttering. Take a deep breath.

I get so fired up, man. I am excited about this, because when you start to go to another level, you start to grow, your internal, your inner self, is going to resist that. You are going to reject it. It is like in the medical world when they do these phenomenal transplants, they have to see if the body is going to reject the new organ or not. Well, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and most importantly in your daily habits, you have to resist the rejection. The center of the word ‘hurricane’ is ‘RR.’ You have to resist rejection from yourself so you can build the underlying, what is underneath, and what is behind the hurricane shutters physically is what you have got to do emotionally. So many people quit. People say, “How do people quit?” I know what happened. They were not built up strong enough to resist the storm of rejection. There is a teaching within a teaching here, Champion.

Understand that I have spoken in front of hundreds and thousands of people all around the world, and I have people come up to me saying, “I’m fired up. I’m focused. I’m excited. I’m committed.” Like the great Art Williams. Many of you know I love that video. It was recorded in 1977, and the excuses of the enemy are exactly the same. You have to resist the rejection from yourself. You have to resist rejection from others, because they start feeding negativity into you. That is when all of you have to cross the line. You know, just today, we did a special Blitz Call, and I spoke about crossing the ‘T’s.’ Everyone says, “I have to dot my ‘I’s’ and cross my ‘T’s’.” Well, we have got to cross the tenacity line. Now, you have to be tenacious enough to make the decisions to resist the rejection within you to create and build the hurricane eye. Do you have it? I know you are born with it.

Champions are Born, Losers are Made. Champions are born with that innate, God-given ability that is why when you see a young child, they are fired up. They are excited. They are full of enthusiasm. “Why?” “Because they have not learned any negativity yet.” Well, that is why we have to unlearn what we do as adults, and that is why you have to submerge yourself. When the enemy hits, when they try to take an emotional hit, say, “You have got to kidding me. Who do you think you are? You’re nuts. You’re crazy. You know what? You’re not going to achieve that success. You’re not going to achieve those goals. You’re not going to fulfill that ‘Why’ in your life. You’re not going to be able build. Take those dreams and goals down out of your office.” When they start to grab the poster, you say, “Don’t touch that. That’s my vision for myself. I’m telling myself a vision. Yes, I watch television, but I’m watching my own vision while you’re sitting back on the couch watching someone else’s vision to predict your future, I am telling myself my vision.” You will have the strength because you are prepared when the enemy hits.

The enemy is not going to be a physical Category 5 hurricane coming up from Key West and through to Palm Beach County, a physical hurricane. It is going to be words from people around you. Allow me to recap. Words of people around you, I want you guys to realize. Preparation – You know in the past what has taken you out. I have seen the best of the best quit. That is why that Art Williams Just Do It Teaching from 1977 is the same. I am going to quote exactly what Art Williams said, “Just do it. I hear you. Just do it.” That is why you need to upgrade your membership. People that are investing monthly, what happens? You say, “Ah, next month, I don’t want to invest.” Then two or three months down the line, guess what? You get an enemy attack and you need to get in the office. You need to recoup yourself. You need to get into the private, exclusive back office you are into right now. You are going to say, “You know what? I need to get back in here. I need John’s teachings. I need Dan’s teachings. I need the information.” That is why the power of membership predicts your future, because you always go back. Guys, let’s create The Eye of The Hurricane. This is an incredible teaching.

So I can sit in my home, put the hurricane shutters on, evacuate, get away when a Category 5 hurricane hits, and my home is protected.” That is in the physical realm. I believe you can say the same thing about your goals and dreams when you are properly prepared with the correct hurricane-eye habits, decisions, actions, belief structure, and affirmations, decisions, encouragements from other people around you. That is what you need to do.

The Darkness Secret

Hello, Champions. I am excited. The Darkness Secret. You are saying, “John, I don’t understand. Usually when you do your videos, you have like a dress shirt on, and you’re clean shaven. You got your fancy, fired-up hair gel in.” Actually, I have got my exercise hat on, which represents combat warfare and represents annihilating the enemy. I am not fully clean shaven, because I just came back from a phenomenal, personal-development, physical, exercise, and development time. I also have a Lifestyle Freedom DG Shirt on. You will see, on the back of it, it says, “Millionaire Champion.” This could be surprise bonus for everyone that is coming down Saturday, August 23, to the event. Hint. Hint.

Millionaire Champion – That is what you are. You are a millionaire champion because you have lifestyle freedom. See, our theme here is to teach you lifestyle freedom. It is not a joke. I am recording this on a Monday, and I love Mondays. I want you guys to write that down: “I love Mondays.” I know I repeat myself a lot on this, but I really understand, “I” is always you must be affirming to yourself and yourself the affirmations that you are absolutely the person responsible for your success. I am just organizing the construction zone even more here in detail. I want you to picture yourself sitting in front of you. I am going to do a teaching for you today called, Release the Darkness Secret in You and Allow Yourself to Understand The Darkness Secret.

A lot of people think dark times in their life is going through seasons that are challenging. I want you to understand that. Picture a seed. You know I teach a lot about the seed. We are actually working on a movie release, a documentary based upon the mindset of a seed. A seed will meet every need. What is your need? Do you need more self-belief? Do you more action taking? Do you need more decision making. Do you need more associates or mastermind teammates? Well, the need is predicted by the seeds you sow today. See, when a farmer looks at their harvest and says, “Well, I look at my field and it’s empty.” By the way, Freedom Eagle says, “Hello.” I have got a new champion friend, his buddy. This is an awesome little eagle. Another eagle I have here for the personal construction zone. Freedom says, “Hi.” He says, “Go for it! Take action!” Champion eagle; Freedom the Eagle, fire it up, very powerful.

A seed will meet every need. When a farmer looks out and says, “You know, I have got soil; I have got sun; I have got rain; I have all the ingredients; and I have time.” See, time of the harvest you will not see. You shall have wintertime. You will have summertime. You will have spring. You will have fall. I have ingredient for a harvest to be produced. This is very powerful what I am about to say. You have every single ingredient in your life for the harvest to be produced. What is your harvest? What are you searching for? You want to build a business. See, first, in order to build a business, you have got to build yourself up first.

Building yourself up first – That is why we are bombarding you with all the information located here within The Lifestyle Freedom Club:

This is a ridiculous program. “Why?” “Because it is ridiculous what is going on out here right now.” Ninety-seven percent of people are dead or dead broke. They focus on making money, and they go broke. So, The Darkness Secret – You have all the ingredients to produce your harvest. You have the information here in the club. You have enough finances to have a computer, be online, and invest in the club. So, what are you lacking? I do not know the answer for you as far as what you are lacking, but because I know you are listening to my wisdom and you are sitting in front of me teaching, that I believe, (“I what, John?”), you have what it takes deep down inside you, Champion, to release and allow The Darkness Secret to explode in your life.

Some people say, “Man, I’m going through such dark times in my life. Why am I going through dark times? Can you relate to that? Can you relate to the dark times?” Well, let’s take a small seed. Like it says in the Bible, “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed…” I always have people who will challenge this. They say, “Well, there are seeds smaller than the mustard seed.” The reason why Jesus used mustard seed was because in the neighborhood where he was teaching, those farmers could relate to the mustard seed. “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain…” and believe it, you can overcome the mountain with the faith of mustard seed. When you look at your need, and you say to yourself, “Well, this is my need. I have all the ingredients. Am I willing to pay the price to sow that seed?” When you sow a seed, a seed goes down. “It goes where, John?” “It goes down.” “It goes where?” “It goes down deep.” “Where does it go?” “It goes down deep into the dark soil.”

Picture a seed. Visualize taking a seed, putting it into the soil, and the seed is like this, looking up, looking to the left, and looking to the right. The seed says, “You know what? All I know how to do is to allow the seasons, (“Allow the what, John?”) allow the seasons, and allow the ingredients of the universe (the sun, the rain, the cold, the heat, the change of season). Those seasons (the sun, the rain, and the snow) will feed, (“Will what?”) will feed the soil, and then the soil will feed the nutrients into the seed. The seed actually explodes, because within the seed is the harvest of the root. Um! Within the seed – So, when that seed is planted, it is pitch black. Write this down: “My darkest times are my seasons to manifest my greatest. My darkest times are my seasons to manifest my greatness.” Um! That is powerful, brother.

You may not have entered the darkest times yet. You may not have entered the darkest times, because the seed sets itself up and lays its foundation for its long-term explosion, the long-term phenomenal explosion. That is why with a weed you can go [speaker makes sound of pulling up weed] and rip it out, because a weed has no seed that goes down deep. It takes nothing for a weed to grow. It takes stability and seasons for a seed to grow. The word ‘stability’ is the ability to stand strong during the seasons that will challenge the root of the seed. What is the power of the seed? It’s dark season. The seed goes in, and the seed will focus to go down. Actually, the way God makes a seed is, when a seed explodes, the seed explodes down first [speaker makes sound of seed exploding into soil] and goes down, and then its roots get built deep down deep. The seed then starts to build (“What, John?”) roots.

I have a lot of ferns. Ferns are annoying. Ferns know everything. Ferns just a lot, speak a lot, but they have no roots. See, relationships prove your roots. You know, Tom Mullins, my mentor, did a great teaching just yesterday about how you can take a look at someone and take a look at the relationships that they have and then you really understand the wisdom they have developed. The palm-tree mindset – Actually, Champion, I believe a palm tree is a champion. I can see one right outside my personal construction zone. On the street that I live on, there are palm trees. Write it down: “I am a champion palm tree.” A Palm Tree is actually like, “Bring it on, Hurricane. Bring it on, Tropical Storm. Bring it on! Because I paid the price and I’m down deep, I know I can sustain the storm, because I have the ability to stand strong because of the season of The Darkness Secret.” The secret of a palm tree is, when the seed cannot see anyone, cannot hear anyone, cannot listen to anyone will just performs what its God-given ability is to do, which is to go down deep and position itself, get stable, get strong, explode downward, build a foundation, and then sprout upward. Their season of darkness is powerful.

I want you to write this down: “My pain is my rain. My pain is my rain.” Right now, in the physical realm, the most important season in a seed is the rainy season, because if you had no rainy season, the soil would dry up and the seed would die. God will give you a season that will challenge you through emotional times. What is the first thing that comes out of your eyes? Tears, emotional tears, are feeds what feeds (Um!) the season of the seed when it is dark. Nobody else is around. You are by yourself. You know, picture yourself in your own personal construction zone. You are all by yourself, and you are sitting there saying, “What am I doing? What is going on in my life? What is happening?” That is why. Make sure you access the private champion member area of The Lifestyle Freedom Club as much as possible. Make sure it is bookmarked on your site. Re-watch the videos. Download all the MP3s. Print out the transcripts. Let’s get immersed. Let’s protect the seed. Let’s safeguard the seed against the distractions and the deceptions of the 97% people.

You have got to realize, “My pain is my rain. My pain is my rain.” Just like right now, my neck, I just came from the gym. I am stretching out. See, I have decided with these kind of teachings, I truly believe, (As you know, I speak all around the world.) that this one-on-one time, (These are the kind of videos, more of the ones, that I am going to produce here in the club.), when it is just you and I, (And, I am going to produce many when I am speaking live in front of events, but I really want to get inside your heart.) that you have what it takes. I know you do. “My pain is my rain.” What is your pain right now? Is it relationships, associations? Is it your past? That pain is the rainy, dark, cloudy season that it is going to feed the seed. What is the power of a seed?

The first letter in the word ‘seed’ is ‘S,’ which stands for ‘stand strong.’ A seed stands strong. A seed will only do what it knows to do, which is to manifest its harvest. If you take a handful of 20 watermelon seeds (As you know, I always teach with the watermelon seeds.), when that seed is planted, (Notice: Past tense “planted.” Past tense – put in.) it will only know to do what it is supposed to do, which is to explode down deep, build the roots, and then produce a watermelon. Well, you are paying right now. I want you to write this down: “I’m receiving my pain.” You know, in the Bible, it says, “Rejoice when the enemy shows up,” because that means God is testing you and strengthening your faith for the next level. As I always teach, at every level, there is a new devil. Every new season is going to produce new championship results. That is why. Even in the sports world.

Excuse me. Let me have a little bit of my Dr. Joe Fruit Smoothie here. “Wait a minute, John. What did you just have?” “I just had a fruit smoothie. I has strawberries, pineapple, some cantaloupe mixed in there; all fruit.” “All what, John?” “Fruit.” The fruits in your life are solely based upon the roots that have been developed by the seeds you planted. In here, you may see some strawberry seeds. You may have some other types of seeds in here. Christie made up a nice fruit smoothie mix. This would not be possible if it did not rain on the seeds, and this smoothie tastes awesome. It is nutritious. It is healthy. It is great for you. This beautiful smoothie would not be in my hand right now, mixed up, and I am able to enjoy it so it can feed my natural body, if the seeds did not receive the rain. Now, picture a seed in the ground saying, “What’s going on? What’s all that noise up there? What’s the noise? What’s the rain? Why is the rain hitting me?” The seed says, “I don’t know what I’m doing. All I know is I’m laser﷓focused. It’s dark outside. It’s dark in the soil. There is some water. There are some nutrients.”

The seed does not know that the rain is the nutrients. The seed does not know that the rain is the nutrient. The seed just knows to do what it is supposed to. Yet, picture a seed. I want you to envision a seed on the ground, “What’s going on, man?” That is why rain pounds the soil sometimes. Why do you believe, and now you know that the nature of a seed is to go down first. “Why?” “Because the seed is going to do what it knows it needs to do, which is to manifest the harvest that is born within that seed.” So, the seed will go down deep and keep going as the rain is top of it driving the nutrients down, the moisture. Well, right now, “My pain is my rain.”

The second letter in the word ‘seed’ is ‘E,’ which stands for ‘extinguish.’ You have to extinguish out of your life the negative reception of pain. “Pain is your rain.” “My pain is my rain.” Write it down. Without rain, you are not going to have the nutrients needed to feed the seed for you to manifest and the ability to develop the power that lies within The Darkness Secret. Do not reject off, just receive it. Receive it and know, “This is my day. This is what I’m going. This is why. I just know to focus, John Di Lemme. I just know to build. For two to five years, I need to lay the foundational seed. I need to stand strong and extinguish distractions. Extinguish distractions and focus on the seed and allow that emotional rain.

Inside the word ‘emotion’ is ‘motion.’ When you get emotional, when you tear up, your tear ducts are actually your seed-sowing, nutrient, powerful, championship-building ducts. And, I am saying ducts, not D-U-C-K-S like a duck, like Danny the Duck I have in my pool outside, but the air ducts D-U-C-T-S, air ducts. The ducts go from the central AC outside that come through the home and pumps through the ducts. Your tear ducts are what are going to feed the seed, which allows the darkness in your life. Receive the darkness. Now, I have to have some water because I got a few seeds stuck in my throat. See, the enemy right now is trying to get me to choke on the seed; but it is not happening, because I resist the enemy. I am annihilating the enemy. Seeds are awesome.

v ‘S’ stands for ‘Stand strong’ – The stability of a seed.
v ‘E’ stands for ‘Extinguish’ – Extinguish the negativity.

The next letter in the word ‘seed’ is ‘E,’ which stands for ‘enable.’ ‘Enable.’ “What does that mean, John?” When you are about to go in a space shuttle, which is the space shuttle is powerful, yet, remember, human minds produced the space shuttle. I believe you are more powerful inside than space shuttle. ‘Enable.’ When they say, “All, instruments are enabled, you are now enabled.” Past tense, enabled. You are enabled to perform the duties the equipment is supposed to. Like, when you look at this computer: I have my laptop here. I can flip up. You see. [Speaker shows laptop] You guys have seen this laptop all around the world. Here the laptop. There is my personal construction zone display that I have in front of me. When I take the wire and I connect it into this laptop, and I press F8, it enables (“It what, John?”) the connection from the laptop to the screen, which enables me to take advantage of the benefit of a large computer screen. I can see clearer. The Darkness Secret enables you. The most important part of a beautiful palm tree is not the leaves. The most beautiful part you can count on long term is the original seed that was sown that went down deep in the soil and laid the foundation.

That is why the bamboo. Man, the bamboo is awesome. As you guys know, we talked about this last month. I absolutely love the bamboo. We got this [Speaker shows bamboo cup] when we were in Jamaica. The great Champions gave it to me, the bamboo cup. It is powerful, the bamboo root. Make sure you really understand
The Fern and The Bamboo. Bless other people. For all of you, who are in any type of business, anytime you can encourage and empower people, teach that story. Let people know about The Fern and The Bamboo. The bamboo is one of the strongest roots ever. “Why?” “Because it can take five to six years for it to sprout out of the ground.” I believe you are a bamboo champion, because 97% of people quit. They quit because they do not stand strong enough. They do not extinguish the negative people. They do not enable The Darkness Secret to release. See, once that bamboo breaks the ground, it has released itself. It is like, “Bang, I’m done.” It has released itself. It is above the ground. Now, it is like, “Bring it on! Bring it on! I have the roots! I have the five﷓year process!”

The last letter in the word ‘seed’ is ‘D,’ which stands for ‘determined.’ A seed is determined to maximize the darkness, to maximize, suck the nutrients out of the soil, allow the nutrients to feed it, and then go down deep, and position itself and say, “Bring it on. I’m rising up. I’m pressing on. I’m standing strong. I’m moving on up; because I went down first, I can now move on up.” Do not underestimate your pain, Champion. “My pain is my rain.” I cannot stress that enough. I do not like to use negative statements; but, most of you are rejecting the pain versus receiving the pain and saying, “Okay, I know my need. So, if my need is to be in better physical shape, I’m going to have to receive the pain. I’m going to have to push through the pain in order for me to develop the physical capabilities of sustaining some physical storms in my life.” See, in the physical realm, it is always easier to understand resistance. You know, resistance is what develops – ([Sounds of thunder] You can here some awesome South Florida Thunderstorms going on right now, right outside my personal construction zone. Guess what? The rain is coming down, and he grass is rejoicing.) I love the rain. The Palm Tree is like, “Bring it on. Feed me some nutrients.” Understand that. You have got to rejoice, because (“Why?”) you are determined to receive the secret of the darkness of the emotions in your life.

Just picture the seed by itself, pitch black. Cover your eyes up. I cannot see you right now. I will take my hat off. You can see that I have my fired up hair gel in. “Why?” “Because I’m underground right now. I’m building. I’m focused. I’m a seed. I’m underground.” The seed is like, “Oh, there’s the rain.” Notice what the seed is doing. The seed is looking up, while it is building down. It is looking up saying, “Bring it on. [Sound of thunder] Bring on the nutrients.” I can hear the thunder. I can see the rain coming down. Remember, it is pitch black. The seed’s eyes are closed in the soil, but it knows because “faith doesn’t make sense that’s why it makes miracles.” As I am saying it, see, my eyes are closed. “Faith doesn’t make sense that’s why it makes miracles.” It makes no sense to the outside people why you are. It seems like you are all by yourself. Ninety-seven percent of the people are running around playing the lottery, watching TV, watching the news, reading this, reading that, and you are all by yourself saying your affirmations, attending events, wearing your special surprise tee-shirt, and some other special surprises that you guys will have.

For those that cannot make it August 23, we will have another date released very shortly. My eyes are closing, and I am a seed. Everyone is saying, “What are you doing?” Don’t you see? Can’t you see?” Say, “Yes, I can see exactly where I’m going. [Sounds of thunder] I’m standing strong. I’m extinguishing, get rid of, all the negative distractions, because I am now underneath, I am building the under foundation of my life. [Sounds of thunder]” Eyes are still closed, and “I am enabling the innate ability of the championship heart, because Champions are Born, Losers are Made.” Eyes are open. Losers are made by distractions and deceptions of this world. It is so important to really understand that. It is so important. Right now, it is raining outside. Is it raining on your life? Right now, the seeds are rejoicing. Right now, I believe and I want you to receive the rejoicing. Do you know why? There are photographers today, super experts, [Sound of thunder] like Dr. John Maxwell teaches, “Be an expert at what you do, a phenomenal expert.” Well, many photographers still these days still use the darkroom. They take the picture and they lay it in a pitch black, (“What?”) pitch, P-I-T-C-H.

You could pitch your tent, develop your tent, pitch your tent, put those stakes down deep in the darkroom, because the picture goes in and it is pitch black. You cannot see anything. You have got step out in faith and realize that, “When I lay that negative of the picture in the darkroom, it develops, crystal clear, the exact specifics of a picture. What allows that to occur in the world of photography? The expert in that arena is the darkness, the secret of the darkness. The darkness feeds the development. Let me ask you a question. “Are you allowing The Darkness Secret in your life to feed you or infuriate you? Allow it to feed you. Every seed will meet every need when you understand the feeding process. You have got to feed upon the need to feed the seed. When you want a whole harvest of wheat, you are not going to plant watermelon seeds. You are going to look like an idiot. If you are a wheat farmer, and then the guys that go out to till the wheat say, “Wait a minute, John, you have got watermelons.” “Nah, I know, I did not want to pay the price for wheat, but I wanted watermelons.” The guy is saying, “Wait a minute. We can’t till this. We can’t market this. We can’t harvest the harvest, because it is the wrong harvest,” because you, as the wheat farmer, were not willing to pay the price to plant wheat seeds, specifically follow the specific instructions that have been proven and time tested by other wheat seeds to produce the harvest.

I can tell you as a champion seed who is in the process of developing lifestyle freedom, you are going to go through many dark times. You are going to go through many rainy seasons. When you are forging forward and pressing on and looking forward and focusing only forward, you are going to release the past and you are going to forge forward. [Sounds of thunder] The question is: “Will you forge forward, Champion, or will you be stuck in reverse?” Remember, if you drove around in reverse your whole life in your car, you could not drive down the road in reverse, nor could you look in the mirror going backwards. You would be dead quickly [snaps fingers]. So, why do you not forge forward? Why do you not allow the seed that you have in your life right? You are a seed, and God is telling you, “Plant a seed. I know your need.” So, if your need is: Let’s say more personal development. Let’s say you know in the past that you have quit.

What is inside ‘quit’ and ‘habit?’ ‘It.’ A small ‘it.’ A small change will create new habits and will protect you from the season of quitting. Ninety-seven percent of people quit. That is why, as you know, (I will always hammer this home.) all of you who are monthly members, make a decision today and say, “John, you know what? You have really challenged me today. You challenged me in The Eye of The Hurricane Teaching. You have challenged me in the Either Pay the Price or Else Teaching. You challenged me in The Right Earning. Well, that is why. [Sounds of thunder] As you hear the natural rain outside here in South Florida today, that rain is feeding palm trees. That rain is feeding the grass that grows like wildfire here in South Florida in my backyard by my pool. That is another topic in itself. [Squeaking] Understand, even when the bamboo root is strong, even I, John Di Lemme, (I have very high self-confidence. I have very high self-belief. I am a motivator. I am a teacher. I believe in greatness. I am expecting a supernatural miracle today.) have rainy seasons. Rain is my pain, which feeds my seed, which feeds the needs that God knows I have in my life to mature me to another level. So, guess what, Champion? Rain never stops in a natural season. When it does, there are wildfires. There are droughts. There are warnings put up. Like, here in South Florida, there is rain almost every afternoon here in the summertime; but, then in the wintertime, it could be two, three, four, five months where you get no rain then there are warnings: Drought, cannot wash your car, or cannot put the sprinklers on your lawn. There is always something going on. You have to watch the seasons. Guess what? Right now, in my life, I embrace the rain, the pain. I thank the pain, because the pain is going to enable me to grow.

v ‘S’ stands for ‘Stand strong.’ A seed stands strong all the time.

v ‘E’ stands for ‘Extinguish.’ A seed extinguishes all the negativity, distractions, and disassociations, the reasons why you know you should not be doing certain or associating with certain people. That is going to change in your life when you really understand The Darkness Secret. Picture a seed. It is pitch black. It is quiet, and the seed says, “I don’t know what’s going on. This makes no sense.” Ankh, time out. Faith makes no sense. “This makes no sense. I’m tiny. I’m a little seed. I’m in the ground. I’m getting wet. I’ve got to go down deep. Uh-oh. Something is going on. I am starting to explode down. [Squeaking] I’m starting to grow. I’m starting to build some roots. You know what? Bring it on, Rain!”

v ‘E’ stands for ‘Enable.’ The rain (Um!) feeds the seed and enables the bamboo tree to explode. The rain and the pain in your life right now, Champion, will enable you, empower you, and engage you to explode. It is so important to understand that. Receive the pain. Receive the darkness. Tell people, “Thank you for trying to take me out. Bring it on, Enemy! Thank you. Thank you for raining on my parade, because when it rains the parade is delayed; but, when it comes back, it is coming back stronger than ever because I am a champion. I am free.” Our mindset for Lifestyle Freedom Club is, “I am free. I am expecting a supernatural miracle today.” Embrace the pain. Embrace the rain. Picture that. In the beginning, the seed is like, “What’s going on?” Guess what? It says in The Book of Genesis, Genesis 8:22, “…Seedtime,” (Seed, what?) “Seedtime, “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.” ‘Cease’ means never ending, will not end. When the seed is planted, remember, the seed does not have a natural brain to choose. Your choices are developed by past decisions.

A lot of people are programmed by the 97%’ers, so they say, “Oh, get away from that. That doesn’t seem right.” That is dark. That is a rainy season. “It is supposed to be sunny everyday.” It is not. I enjoy the rainy season here in South Florida, because I know it enables us to sustain ourselves through the wintertime. When it is snowing and icy everywhere else, it is 75 degrees here. It is beautiful. We are in our pools. We are playing golf. We have the sunroof back in our car, because we are willing to pay a price. Write this down: “I love my pain in my life because it is the rain that is feeding the seed that I know, which is going to enable me to build the roots to meet the need that I know I have in my life.” That is huge. See, right now, the palm trees outside, the seed is like, “Man, that’s awesome.” The Seed is like, “Uh, more rain, bring it on, because I know the rain will enable me to grow a little bit deeper.”

The darkness – It is dark outside right now. It is dark. The rain enables the water to go down deep, feeds the seed, and then goes up all the way through the tree, and the Palm Trees are like, “Man, I’m fired up. I am excited. Actually, when a hurricane comes, I am going to lean into it. I am going to lean into the enemy. I am going to lean into the pressure.” When a hurricane comes through South Florida, the only trees standing are the palm trees, because the palm trees have an incredible root system. I will be teaching about the palm trees specifically on an upcoming video teaching, very powerful. So, I want you to receive this. [Squeaking] I want you to receive The Darkness Secret. I want you to receive it, know it, believe it, enjoy your rain, enjoy the pain, and step out in faith. Guess what? When it is pitch black in your home and all the lights are out, you say, “You know what? I know my home,” but you still put your hands out forward. You do not put your hands backwards and try to walk around the room when it is dark. You put your hands out in your home forward, because you know where you are going. “Ah, that’s the room. That’s the switch. That’s the stairway. That’s the banister. That’s the kitchen. Here’s the counter.” Eyes are closed, hands are out forward, believe and receiving the vision to step out in faith. The Darkness Secret – Celebrate darkness, because you are a seed, man. God loves you. We love you. [Sounds of thunder] You are a seed for greatness in this life. So, it is so important to understand that.

v ‘D’ stands for ‘Determined.’ I really want to challenge you each day to grow as you go through pain in your life. [Sounds of thunder] See, that is rain. That is the nutrient I need. The number one nutrient in the seed is rain, and it is pitch black out, thunder, lightening, and clouds. When it is beautifully sunny out, it is beautiful. Guess what? The most important part is that seed. The seed is the most important part of the tree. The most important part of the seedtime and harvest process is the rainy season, the darkness season. Sometimes here in South Florida at 3:00/4:00, it will get pitch black, (“What?”) pitch black. Pitch your tent with the blackness and say, “I’m embracing The Darkness Secret. I’m embracing The Darkness Secret.” Write that down: “I’m embracing; I’m enjoying; I’m developing during the darkness season.”

There is a reason for every season. If you did not have a season of darkness, if I did not have 24 years of my life stuttering, 8 to 14 years of speech pathology, 18-years-age graduated high school full of fear. Look at me today. Look at me. I am an international motivational speaker and strategic business coach. You cannot keep this kid quiet. It is because I had a seed that was rained on for 24 years; and, all of a sudden that seed just went, “BANG!” It exploded, because I had two-and-a-half decades of pain. Some of you go through two months, two weeks, two years, and you quit. It is a disgrace to the season process.
I did 2-1/2 decades, 24 years. My roots are cement roots, but I enjoy the rain today. I enjoy the pain that is brought onto me today to even strengthen my roots more, because I am a freedom, focused, lifestyle champion. Just like a smoothie, your life can be a smoothie, but you have to understand, this fruit had to go through some serious processes. The root predicts the fruit. The root of your life, which starts with a ‘C,’ which is enable to grow the root. You will have great﷓tasting smoothies your life. Your life will run smooth. You will have some ups and downs. You say, “That’s a season.” [Erk] “No, it’s ups and downs and ups.” [Sounds of thunder]

With that said, receive The Darkness Secret, understand the power right now. “My pain is my rain, which predicts and produces the nutrients and the season needed for the soil to explode.” Say it with me, “I am allowing the pain, the rain, the emotion, and the tears to feed my seed in my heart, because I know it’s my need. I know I need this, John Di Lemme. I know I need to be pushed and challenged. I know I need lifestyle freedom. My kids, my family, my church, my ministry, and my synagogue need me.” Well, guess what? That is a need. A word that rhymes with ‘need’ is ‘seed.’ A seed will match every need in your life. Hello Lifestyle Freedom Millionaire Champions. I am very excited about this teaching. A Small Incision versus a Small Decision. A Small Incision versus a Small Decision. All of you know that when you go into surgery or you go in somewhere, they are going to make a small incision. I am going to discuss a lot today, and this is great. I am so excited that you guys are all members and students of the Lifestyle Freedom Club, because I am just over delivering, as you can see, with the additional audios. Today is going to be a real teaching.

A Small Incision.

For those of you that have had surgery in the past, I want you to really take yourself back. I had, when I was in my early teens, excuse me, actually, I was in my early 20’s, and I had my right knee scoped, called arthroscopic surgery. I got my knee scoped, and I still have, right here on my knee, two small incisions. Two small incisions. But because I made a decision to get those incisions I am able to walk, ride the bike, swim, and be able to do what one can do. Now can you imagine not having your kneecap? Not having one leg? I am very thankful. That is why I really live with the attitude of gratitude. I am very full of gratitude that I am healthy. I am focused on my health. As you know, as part of the Lifestyle Freedom Club, we are also going to assist you, empower you, equip you, and engage you to take action to achieve the true freedom millionaire lifestyle.

A small incision.

So a small incision, about 20 years ago in my life, enabled me to repair. I had a torn meniscus in my knee, excruciating pain. I still remember. I was washing my car in Yonkers, New York. I was a young, stuttering kid. I remember bending down, twisting my knee, it popped out, and I fell to the ground in excruciating pain. I would still be lying in pain in a driveway of my home in Yonkers, New York for two-and-a-half decades if I had not made a decision and said, “You know what? I need to get this worked on. I need to get surgery.”

Now, you are saying, “John, that would be ridiculous. You couldn’t allow that pain to manifest and take root in your life.” Well, let me share something with you. Most people will allow small decisions to build up. See, a small decision each day in a negative fashion will create a long-term result that is catastrophically wrong in your life. Now, many of you have had surgery. Some of you had arthroscopic surgery. Some of you have had arthroscopic surgery on your shoulders, your knees. Some of you have had open-heart surgery. Some of you have had physical surgery in some area to know that a small incision creates the ability for trained professionals, trained doctors, professionals, to go in and do what they need to do in order to achieve what you know you need to achieve in order to be able to take advantage of what that catastrophic situation in your life is causing. I had a torn meniscus. I was on the ground. I could not walk. I could not do my physical exercise. I could not carry on day-to-day normal activities due to the fact that I had a situation that created a need for surgery. Let me ask you a question.
What have you allowed in a spiritual – well when I say spiritual, I mean when people go like, “Man, that person has a heart of gold. She or he has a great heart. The spirit about them is phenomenal.” When you do not take critical, urgent, decisive steps in order to make an incision in your habits in your life to create new results, you are going to keep getting the same results, and yet, you are going to walk physically.

See spiritual and mental incisions one must make are very important for you to achieve your lifestyle-freedom mindset and live your true millionaire lifestyle. What I am going to do today is break it all down for you and really have you understand that the power of a small incision creates massive millionaire lifestyle freedom.

Now let’s go back to the surgery. I want you guys to write down surgery: Surgery.
S-U-R-G-E-R-Y. You know I love to breakdown words, acronyms. We have got to create, and you have got to go in to surgery. You have got to say, “You know what? I need surgery.” Some of you may be in need of emergency surgery. Let’s rush this person to “decision hospital.” Guys write that down: “Decision hospital.” Inside “decision hospital,” there is a surgery table. We are going to have to breakdown. We are going to have to start to make a small incision.

The first letter in the word ‘surgery’ is what? ‘S.’ ‘S’ stands for ‘serious.’ You have to realize that this is a serious situation you are in right now. You have to write down: “What incision do I have to make in order to create new results.” As you know, I teach decision plus action equals results. Well, we are very serious. I was a stutterer. It was a serious problem. I do not like to use this word, but you guys are the elite of the elite. It was serious problem in my life. In order for me to fulfill and live normal, successful life, I had to overcome my stuttering problem. I had a serious injury. Well, when you have a serious injury in the physical realm, in a hospital, you are going to put your life into trained professional’s hands. You are going to put the serious situation into trained professional’s, trained doctor’s hands. Many of you know that when you go, especially to the emergency room, there are specific medical technicians, trained
EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians). There is an emergency, there is a medical situation to attend to, and there are technicians that are trained to respond to a very emergency situation – frantic, full of fear, unbelievable situations. There are trained EMTs to be able to sustain, develop, and achieve the results you know you need to achieve when you enter the surgery room.

Well, remember trained doctors go through – the average doctor will go through all the education, which is grammar school, high school, college, pre-med, and moving from medical school to internship. It could be upwards of two or two-and-a-half decades of education before that trained professional has the opportunity to now perform, keywords, two-and-a-half decades of education of consistent learning. Internship is following in the footsteps, modeling, and watching people who are trained professionals who are doing what you want to do. That is why I am very serious. Serious mentorship is the key. Write that down: Serious mentorship is the key when you have got to start to redo small decisions. That’s why Dan Giordano and I are serious mentors. We practice what we teach. We are transparent. We do behind the scenes what we do. We are trained Millionaire Lifestyle Freedom professionals; because we do what we know needs to be done for you to achieve your true success.

So we really have got to focus in and realize this is serious. To achieve your lifestyle freedom to live the Millionaire Freedom Lifestyle you have got to get serious guys. Write this down: “Today is the day I am taking my championship birthright serious.”

The first letter is ‘S,’ which stands for ‘serious.’ The next letter in the word ‘surgery,’ is ‘U,’ which stands for ‘underneath.’ ‘Underneath.’ See, a small incision, like when I had surgery on my knee, they had to go and do surgery. It was serious, I had a serious issue. I had to get my knee scoped, because I could not open up my knee. My meniscus tore, and it locked. My knee was locked shut unless they went in with a small incision. They went in; and, as soon as they cut the incision they could see better, then they saw what was underneath. Champions, we have got to dig down deep and get to your roots and find out what is underneath. What do we need to scope out? What do we need to do surgery on you? Like for me, I know for me it is my speaking. That is why I speak, teach, coach, and mentor. Each day I am learning, and I am stretching myself because I know how deep roots of fear and low self belief, negative self talk, negative situations, negative teachers, and dysfunctional family members can really dig some cement foundations in you. So we have got to dig real deep in this incision and get down deep in the surgery and get serious and find out what is underneath. What is the underlying factor? Whenever something, like, you can cut your lawn and all of a sudden if these weeds keep coming back, you are like, “Man, we got to find out what is consistently causing these weeds to come out?” So you have to ask yourself, “What am I doing in my life where I consistently have these results or I keep taking these action steps because there is something underneath?” There is an underlying factor that keeps producing these results. That is why the decisions, small decisions each day over the next 2 to 5 years, 15 years, 25 years, that is – you guys are the elite of the elite. I teach in a general success mark of two to five years, but I know, I equate you at a championship level like Daniel Giordano and I. You are the elite of the elite. So we are going to commit to a lifetime process.

Every day I wake up with an expectation. I wake up as if today is the greatest day in the world. So I know personal development and training my mind, my spirit, and my heart moved me to the next level. So that is the underlying factor, the underlying foundation, of my life is consistent, daily, focused, motivational, teaching and training. That is what I do. So you have to answer this question, “What do you need to reroute and rebuild?” When we go underneath, when we dig down real deep – it is like here in South Florida, when you buy a home, say you buy a home out of foreclosure, and all of a sudden, when they rip the cabinets off and they look at stuff and they say, “Man, underneath, man we did not see this from the outside, but once we got to the root, once we ripped off the surface, we saw underneath there that is the root of the problem.” Underneath. We have got to get underneath. Excuse me as I take a sip of water here. We have to go down deep. We have to get underneath the outward almost like cement blocks of people.

You look at people they are in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, and they really have not moved anywhere. They got stuck in neutral. They are going around, around, and around. First, you must go down real deep. Find a root, do surgery, find a root, then we really have to make a decision to say, “You know what? This is what’s underneath. This is very serious, so what I need to do is now make a decision to change my lifestyle, change my daily-action habits, in order for me to live the Millionare Lifestyle Freedom life.”

The next letter in the word ‘surgery’ is ‘R.’ We have got a serious situation, and I am just using my own personal situation for surgery, many years ago. My knee popped out. They made a small incision. They realized it was a torn meniscus. So underneath the skin the incision went in and underneath the skin was the torn meniscus. ‘R,’ which stands for ‘repair’ and ‘rebuild.’ It is a double ‘R.’ So ‘repair’ and ‘rebuild.’

When we get deep down in your heart, we have got to repair and find out, “Okay, what is it?” For me on a personal development level, it was fear and low self belief. I was told my whole life, and I had those words spoken over my life, that I have a speech impediment. I would be a stutterer. I would not go anywhere in life in any kind of a public arena. Yet, when you focus on repairing and you focus on rebuilding, that will become your strength. As you know, I teach strength and your weakness within the realm of where you are developing in order that you can develop and build exactly what you want to do in life, which is the creation of massive success. We have to repair and rebuild. So what is it? So we have to repair our schedule. Are you scheduled out? Do you have a daily planner? Are you focused? Are you allowing negative people to still distract you? Are you as committed as you should be with your accountability? Where do we have to repair? Where is the serious injury? The trained professionals. The trained professionals in the Lifestyle Freedom Club are Daniel Giordano and John Di Lemme. I am your coach. I am the person that is going to say, “We need to repair this. We need to repair our, as we say, personal development and daily﷓action skills.” What you do each day predicts your future. I believe distractions are deadly. People can get so much more done in one day but they allow distractions. They don’t allow themselves to focus.

We have got to repair and rebuild. If you have a weakness or something is going wrong in that area of your life. If all of a sudden you have been trying to do something and fear creeps up, low belief, you get scattered or distracted, where it comes to your health, and you have been holding 20, 30, 40, 50 pounds of weight for 20 or 30 years, we have got to repair that champions. We have got to rebuild that. You know my habits. You know what I do each day. I am committed to two hours a day each morning of personal development. I say personal because I have a responsibility to live a championship life that God birthed me with, which all of us have given life. So let’s live life to the abundant level. So we have got to repair and rebuild.

So what is it? What is your weakness as we go underneath as we are doing surgery today? You have got to realize you have got to go through an internship. Like for me, I went through, when I first got introduced to personal development, self development, I had to develop myself. Self-made millionaires are people who make a decision to self make their day. You have to make a decision to self make, self produce, self sustain, and have self accountability. That is why you need to bombard yourself with all the resources we have here. In the Lifestyle Freedom Club, take advantage of all the resources because the resources will build up your mind, build up your spirit so you will have the ability to live the free lifestyle.

Repair and rebuild. What is it? And, then, guess what? When you focus on it, it will become your strength. In the past, I had to focus on my personal development, focus on my motivational excitement, and my motivational spirit. Guess what? We have got to focus on that. We have got to take action on that. There is no question about it. Repair and rebuild is such a foundational step in the process of a small Incision Versus a Small Decision in order for you to achieve your life. We talk about repairing. We talk about rebuilding.

The next letter in the word ‘surgery’ is what champions? It is ‘G,’ which stands for ‘growth.’ Once you have got the foundation set up then you can grow. It is like in South Florida, in construction or real estate, anywhere in the world. This is so huge, focus.
You know as I travel to Britain, UK, Australia, and Canada, and Malta, no matter where you go, the fundamentals of physical real estate do not change until you get the foundation in the ground first, down real deep to sustain any hits or any storms based upon the area. South Florida is, as you know, is in the hurricane area, so the foundation of a home must be strong. You must have a hurricane shutters to protect yourself. Without repairing and rebuilding, going underneath, and doing the emergency surgery in order for you to be able to sustain a hit without the right growth nothing is going to occur.

‘Growth.’ G-R-O-W-T-H. What I love inside the word growth is R-O-W. ‘Row.’ You know, when you take a look at people who are championship rowers, they are incredibly physically in shape because they are so attuned to a systematic habit of rowing of a champion rower.

You have got to repair, rebuild, and excuse my little cough there. I am fired up. See, every time I cough when I am speaking, all of you see me drink my water because I have been a speech champion for 24 years of my life. Now you cannot keep me quiet. That is the best part about the Lifestyle Freedom Club. I am going to bombard you with information to live your dreams, to keep growing. Write the affirmation down: “I’m committed daily to uncomfortable growth in order to create my Lifestyle Freedom Millionaire.” Growth. I always say to myself, “My mental growth.” I am in the process of every-day growing. That is why you really have to understand, when you do a small incision and a doctor, now I am the motivational success doctor. I will make the small incision inside your heart, go in, go underneath, find out what we have to repair and rebuild in order that we can sustain and develop the growth, because once you start to repair and rebuild and you start growing, it starts going.

Like today, 20 plus years later on my knee I still stretch my knee out. Because I had the foundation done, I still do daily maintenance to maintain the power of what a knee can do. Growth. Are you willing to grow? Without repair and rebuilding, that is why people go run in circles in life. I mean, you look at them they are in their 40s, and they are acting like 3-year-olds. They are doing each and every day exactly what they did 20 years ago, because they have not laid the foundation to grow. Growth. It is such an important part of the process. You must commit to daily growing, and you must commit to each and every day committing to what you want to do in life to grow. Bar none, no question about it.

The next letter in the word ‘surgery’ is ‘E,’ which stands for ‘enable.’ In this theme of a Small Incision versus a Small Decision, a small incision, as you can see I am building up to, a small incision is simply a small decision to create massive, monumental, eye-opening growth. See, once you perform the surgery, serious surgery, getting underneath to repair and rebuild to develop the growth, you will enable your God-given champion dream to manifest. I could stop right here. That alone hits me like a ton of bricks. I always say, “Man, that’s good teaching John.” Even if you are not enjoying it today, to me that is good teaching, because I had a serious injury. I had a serious personal development injury of stuttering. I had to go underneath and get into my fear and build up my fear into faith and do what needs to be done a daily basis to maintain that. I had to repair and rebuild my personal development habits, my daily habits, in order to have the growth. “I am committed today to championship growth each day, and because of that it has enabled me to fulfill my God-given destiny.” I want you guys to write that down. “Unless I make a decision today, which begins with a small incision, I will not be able to manifest and enable my God-given destiny.”

Enabled. See it is enabled. It is like activated. It is like when you get a credit card and you have to call an 800 number to activate it. Unless you activate that card, you cannot take advantage of the benefits of that card, that membership. You always have to enable something. Well, we have got to enable you to go to the next level through your decisions. A small incision. Take a look right now guys. Take a look at where you want to go. Right now, if you are listening to this on your computer, on your hard drive, you have burned it to your iPod, or ripped to your iPod is the technical term, and you are sitting in your construction zone, and you are looking at, like right in front of you is my eagle. Many of you saw on the release of the Let My Champion Go Now video teaching, my personal-construction zone. I am doing this recording in my personal-construction zone. The Lifestyle Freedom Club is really going to be a lot of teachings. I am going to unleash just specific teachings. Sure, I motivate, and I will fire you up. I will have a lot of live teachings in here, but just one on one. I really just want to get down deep. I want to enable you. You were destined for greatness.

You know, as I always say, “God doesn’t make any junk.” It is a championship show. It is not a junkyard. We have got to enable you to step out of your comfort zone and do what needs to be done. Like, people who have different types of surgery, unless they go through the procedures in order for them to sustain long term without going through a relapse, they will never enable the benefits of what they wanted that surgery for.

Let me recap and sum it up. What that means is that I can run. I can jog. I can swim. I can ride the bike, but I had to go through some pain in my physical body in order to enable myself to take advantage of what my knee is supposed to do. Your physical spirit, your mind, your heart, your life, and your outward results in your life all comes down to little, small decisions each day will build up to empower you or destroy you. Let me speak the truth for a second. Here in South Florida, you could have a five-bedroom home, a beautiful home, and you have hurricane shutters; and, if there is a small pinhole – “A what John?” If a little-small pinhole of air gets in a home, it is deadly. It will shred a home. It will destroy it, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 square foot home. A small pinhole will get in, creates a small incision, and that pinhole will destroy a home. That is why we have to move the small incision and make that instrumental action very productive for you to live your championship life. A small incision will create a very powerful life, but a small incision the other way will build up over a long period of time and not enable you but disenable you, disengage you because of bad decisions each day.

I know, as I progress in my own personal life, my own personal teaching, my motivating, and my messages, I see that everybody is one small incision or one small decision away from championship growth, from championship change. Will you commit today to be a surgeon, a personal development surgeon, a PDS (Personal Development Surgeon)? That is what you need to become to enable you to live the championship life that I know, I believe you are destined to live and achieve. The lifestyle freedom you solely desire inside you.

The next letter in ‘surgery’ is ‘R.’ This is so important. You know, a lot that I speak about, because when you get really strong in personal development, success, motivation, your mindset, your decisions, your business, your activities, and your actions, you are going to come up against a lot of resistance. Write that down, ‘R’ stands for ‘resistance.’ I can tell you, when you are going to the next level, it is like working out the success repetition, the most powerful and results-orientated repetition is the one that gives you the most resistance.

See, physically working out and physically exercising, if I did not push myself past that point where I had – the people at the gym say, “One more rep. Give it another rep. One more time.” Resistance. Another word that begins with ‘R’ is ‘repetition.’ You are going to do it over and over. You have got to do consistent, focus repetition until that repetition becomes part of your rapport. Another letter that begins with an ‘R’ is ‘rapport.’ People say, “Man, I just have instant rapport,” because you connect with that person. Well you are going to have instant rapport with the champion that lies within you when you make a decision to develop up your resistance.

It is like in the health arena a lot of people get sick, but if you built up your immune system you could sustain a hit. Well, when we do the right surgery and get down deep inside you and repair and rebuild and get down really underneath, develop the growth, and enable you to produce a new championship lifestyle, you are going to be able to sustain any type of resistance that the enemy will bring to you. Do you understand how powerful that is? Most of you do not understand that because the enemy will try to demolish you, because the enemy is relentless in their pursuit of destroying who you are.

I can tell you as your motivator, as your mentor, as your coach, and as your teacher, I will never allow you to get demolished by the enemy. That is one major benefit. I mean, God bless you guys. You are so awesome. I mean, right now I believe more in you than you do. I believe, expect, and know that you can achieve more than you are achieving right now. Why? It is because I have such faith in championship mindset, because I know what I went through. That is why the incisions, the surgery I have gone through in my life gives me the power to teach and coach you to develop that mindset. It is so important to really understand that, to develop that mindset, and to resist.

Champions write this down: “I am resisting the enemy in my life on a daily basis. I am resisting the enemy.” If you do not resist the enemy, the enemy will win. I can tell you that is why the small incision of a decision each day over 2 to 5, 10 to 15, for me it is 18 years. Every day I make new decisions that empower me to fulfill my why and live the championship life.

Guys, resistance gives you the mindset of resisting, which is an active verb or a daily process of resisting. ‘Ing.’ I-N-G. Anything where you put ‘ing’ to word ‘resisting’ is the daily action of resisting and developing the resistance to achieve the success. And then you can put ‘resisted,’ past tense. “I resisted the enemy of going out with negative know it all friends. I resisted of staying home. I stood up and I went out to the event. I resisted of not coming out to Lifestyle Freedom Club Millionaire Event. I went down to the Mastermind Event.” Resisted is because you have developed so much. Resistance against the enemy is that you were able to resist, which in the past stole your dream. Now that is good teaching, son. It is so powerful. The powerful world of resistance. I will be doing a teaching shortly on the whole world of resistance.

And the last letter in the word ‘surgery’ is what champion? ‘Y.’ What does ‘Y’ stand for? What does Y stand for? I want you guys to write this down: “What do I stand for?” ‘Y’ stands for ‘you.’ Y-O-U. I want to take that to the next level, write it down: “What do I stand for?” Let me share with you what John Di Lemme stands for. I stand for honor. I stand for accountability. I stand for integrity. I stand for believing in people. I stand for believing in you, believing in others, believing in myself, and believing God created all of us to live the abundant life. That is what I stand for. When you stand for something you stand strong. What do you stand for? The last letter in ‘surgery’ is ‘Y.’ Y-O-U. What do you stand for?

Where else can I focus to develop my resistance to develop the active verb of resisting so that I have resisted the temptation of fear, of low self belief, of associating with pigeons versus associating with eagles?” “Why?” Y-O-U. Because I believe God creates champions. I believe in you. I believe you can commit to that small incision. Understand that. What do you stand for? You stand for a championship life. You stand for a God-given, anointed, and believing in the supernatural, abundance championship. God bless you guys.
